Compared to other caterers we called, Silver Springs was by far the most affordable and responsive. Not only did Scott stay for the entire event, but he greeted people at each table and made sure they were happy with the food. How often do you see an owner do that these days? He is a genuinely nice guy and his employees were true professionals who helped us pack up the leftover food and wine at the end of a very long day. Spoiler alert: the man is the consummate professional. The level of detail this guy focuses on is insane. The floral decorations on the bar top and the hors d'oeuvre platters come to mind.
