I have to at Bellaj so many times over the years and never wrote a review. Last night we got to participate in a graduation party at Bellaj. This banquet hall is beautiful, clean and has great customer service. The food is good and freshly made. The mezze options are great, the salads are fresh and delicious. They serve a few course dinner and everything tasted good. I especially loved the fried potato, pork and veggie dish. So flavorful. The Armenian style BBQ is served with rice at every event. They also offer seafood dishes. We ate so much last night that I'm still not hungry. .... Joking Anyway if you are having an event or planning to order catering for an event consider Bellaj you won't be disappointed.

I had my wedding here. The owner and staff are very accommodating. We requested to have part Indian/Armenian wedding here as well as the reception. The staff helped me with the decor, DJ and helped me choose the foods. As stressful as weddings can be, they made it easy for me. They even suggested that I bring alcohol from outside so that would help keep the price down. The owner allowed me to have use of his office to change dresses from Indian to modern American. It was nice to have a quiet, clean and comfortable place to go and freshen up. On the wedding day, even though I barely even ate (as most brides don't), everyone kept complimenting the great food. The staff were incredibly helpful and kept checking in with me periodically to see if there is anything else they can do. For anyone that's looking to throw a party, wedding or for any occasion needs a nice place, this is the place. The hall is beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are clean.

What a joke. They share a parking lot with 4 other businesses and clog up the entry way by double parking cars with their valet.

I have only been on the outside of this banquet hall, But I felt it necessary to mention a few things about the what-nots that actual guests might not take notice to. This banquet hall is located in medium sized strip mall setting that shares parking with a small gym, a physical therapy office, a 7-11, and a laundry mat. I'm sure the inside is lovely and they roll out the red carpet and valet your car right at the entrance to the shared parking lot. However... They also double park and limit access to the other business's which is my biggest complaint. And although they don't operate every night, I just don't feel they are entitled to ruin the experience of other business's patrons. Which they clearly do! It's really frustrating! And I hope management sees this review and adjusts their parking policy to better accommodate the needs of everyone. On a positive side for the business, I have walked by on days where they have an open barbeque going, and it smells delightful. The valet are dressed professionally. And the outside of the building, although nothing fancy, is well maintained. I hope one day to attend a banquet here so to further elaborate on my review. But as a frequent patron of the gym, I have to voice the frustration of the arrogance this business exudes with regards to the parking situation.

What a gorgeous banquet hall, and the food was exceptional. I went there for a bridal shower last Sunday, and we couldn't stop eating. Typically, at weddings and bdays and showers held at banquet halls, I'll have an appetizer or two, then dance a lot and hit an in n out on my way home. HOWEVER. The food was really good, every single thing was really good. The hall is gorgeous, the lighting is awesome. I'd totally do an event here.

I just had my Baby Shower at Bellaj 3 weeks ago and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. For starters, it is beautiful!!!!! I had been here once before for a Christmas party but this was before they remodeled it. Already back then I loved the place. When I started planning my Shower, I made an appointment to come see Bellaj and what a surprise! It was completely remodeled and so beautiful!!! Even better than before!!!! So I reserved a date right away. Unfortunately I had to change the date a few weeks later due to a conflict with another event we had. Hamlet was wonderful and changed the date with no problem. Hamlet was absolutely wonderful the entire time I was planning my event and he made sure everything went perfectly the day of. He has great pride on his business and it shows. The day of the event we showed up a bit early to set up, everything was already set up on their end and all I had to do is just add the final touches. The entire staff was extremely helpful, very nice and organized and everything turned out exactly how I wanted it. The food was by far, the best hall food I have ever had. All my guests are still raving about how tasty it all was!!!! Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a perfect hall for any event. I will also definitely come back here if I ever need to plan another event. Maybe a first birthday? :D

We had our wedding there it was the best place Specially coz it was a small wedding had only 110 people fit perfect food was amazing music too Dessert set up and cake was so beautiful draping company was the best ,then the flowers were the really awesome honestly it was the best wedding anyone could have . Hamlet the owner is super helpful great guy with great prices highly recommend

We were looking for a unique venue for our November wedding. We knew we wanted it to be outdoors…read moreand a place for both a reception and the ceremony so that our guests wouldn't have to travel between the two. The Enchanted Manor was the first place we looked at and we both felt that it was the right fit. Georgia has created a little oasis in her back yard that we felt fit our vibe - lowkey, but classy. We had booked originally for approximately 60 guests, however once all the pieces fell into place we were closer to 50. Unfortunately our guest count dropped below 50 just after our window to let Georgia know, but she was kind enough to offer us the price difference. We applied that balance towards renting some heaters and lighting the fire pits as the weather got colder than anticipated, as well as to handling the trash. (Pay attention to the contract, you are responsible for removing trash or there is a fee.) One thing I didn't realize before booking was that there is space for a kitchen, but it needs to be built out for your event, so make sure you consider that into any costs. Georgia was really helpful and responsive to all of our questions (we had so many) and anything that we couldn't do she had very reasonable reasons. (For example, at one point I thought I'd like confetti, but she explained why she doesn't allow that on her property which made total sense!) The weeks before I became worried that there wasn't enough decor, so we bought some items that we ended up returning. Once the rentals arrived, combined with the lighting, everything was beautiful as it was. Though there is excellent lighting, I would recommend watching your step as we did have a few tripping incidents (that were not alcohol fueled in some cases) as the ground changed. It was more due to the way things were spaced and we'd have to make sure to look down as we stepped around things, but we managed to survive. We've started to see some photos and everything looked beautiful; it was a romantic but relaxed vibe which was just what we wanted. I worried it wouldn't feel like a wedding, but it did. Georgia was a gracious host, our guests enjoyed her home (we made sure to tell them that they could rent it as well for an overnight getaway) and we can't wait to start reading her book. She gave us the sweetest compliment after, saying how kind our guests were and how that spoke to who my husband and I were as well. We stayed in touch after the wedding and I hope we meet again in the future for events or just a dinner to hear of her adventures! PS - her cats were big hits all around, too!

They set up our chairs and cocktail tables for us. When we arrived we didn't have much to do but set up the additional small things we had. The outdoor space was lovely and really tied the look for us. I can't wait to have another event here! One thing I will say is, this location is hidden please make sure you use signs to ensure your guests don't get lost. They have a sign as well just buy balloons to make it pop more!

I found that this space and surrounding area were fine for my event purposes - a milestone Birthday Party. I'm not so sure if the surrounding area would work as well for a formal Wedding event if that's a consideration. The actual space itself is very pleasing though. I had looked at several other event spaces - ranging from Golf Club Bar spaces (manager did not reply till I did a Yelp review - see my review for this place), rooftop Event spaces (more expensive per hour) through to more formal, claustrophobic Wedding spaces. After a walk thru appointment of KUE, I found that the hourly rate was decent ($250 p/hour), as well as the inclusions- several tables/chairs, a partially nicely decorated interior, a couple of outdoor areas and no noise restrictions! Street parking and limited parking in the driveway area (after business hours) to KUE was ok. The main contact at KUE was Brenda whom was polite, pretty responsive and professional throughout my dealings - including contract signing, questions regarding the space and recommendations/helping organize vendors. My Bartender and another vendor providing additional cocktail tables/stage/linen (interestingly paid via the KUE zelle link, but whatever) were recommended from Brenda. The contract included 1hr for setup. I utilized this at the beginning before my 5 hours of use (6pm-11pm). There was a $200 cleaning fee on top of the 5 hour rate. I was also required to put all tables and chairs inside the event interior space upon exit. My event went well. I am a Musician, so I performed with fellow Musicians to guests of maybe 75-80 ppl, a Bartender and Taco guy. The space never felt cramped at all and could support more ppl. For KUE, I would recommend that some more outdoor power outlets around the space would be very useful. To counteract the gloomy industrial area I would even suggest a stylish oversized KUE sign at the front entry. For prospective Clients, I would suggest that anyone looking to book the venue be aware of the strict time requirements. Part of my deposit was taken (OK'd by me after a discussion with Brenda) because we were a little overtime getting all of our decorations/decor/equipment off the space (15-20 minutes after 11pm). I was proud of my friends and family for helping (and helping the caretaker) , exceeding the requirements of packing and cleaning up tables/chairs/space. We were out before the caretaker. I think that a 0-20/30 minute grace period (if effort was made by the client and not affecting cleaning) would be in the best interests for the management to adopt - in the same way that Hotels, rental car companies etc do already. Again, overall a very good experience.

I was a bit concerned when we first arrived, as there was a row of unhoused individuals further down the street near the freeway exit. However, once you pull in, the place is incredibly charming, and safe. The pool was great, and they even hosted a movie night, which was such a fun touch. My kids were so happy. We used the shuttle in the morning to get to the studios, which was very convenient. I also called the front desk after realizing I had left my stroller with valet, and they proactively brought my car up for me--such thoughtful service. The staff was especially helpful, which meant a lot as a single mom traveling with two children. We'll definitely be back.

I enjoyed the courtesy of the front desk staff. There is a very nice store right near the front desk. The lady was actually very helpful with an issue we had with the double decker bus we booked. She saved us and some guests from Australia some annoyance. The room was modern and we had a sort of garden/patio view. We were able to check in a few hours early but that is based on availability of course. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the West Hollywood area. It is a very charming hotel that was owned by Beverly Garland and now owned by her son.

We chose to have it at Bexx and it turned out perfectly. The whole team was delightful. Great communication, personal service, unbelievable attention to detail, delicious food and top notch beverages. The decor and food choices were ample but not overwhelming. The food was made there, completely fresh, healthy and beautifully presented. I wanted this day to be amazing and memorable. Bexx and team exceeded expectations. Several guests said it was by far and away the best baby shower they'd ever been to. I agree. This venue is a unique, charming home in North Hollywood. The open air courtyard is covered for a nice, breezy indoor/outdoor feel. Everything went off without a hitch. Everyone felt comfortable and welcomed. We had two separate servers because one went home during the middle of our dinner and both were equally horrible. And we had to call her back over to ask for a second time. SMH. The food although flavorful was so ridiculously priced it was not even funny. I got a "ribeye ". Was literally eight thin slices of steak, like 1" x 1" size for $42! No, I will not be coming back here for so many reasons. The view is great. Castaways is definitely not what it used to be in the way of quality but at least you get more and you get the view. But definitely not worth it going to this place. It was quite a frustrating evening. Also, if you do decide to go here, just bring a coat when it's a little bit cooler in the evenings cause it does get cold up here and getting the staff to manage the heaters correctly is a whole other frustration. Oh, and valet is your only option for parking up here. It's kind of crazy because a few years ago you could just go park in the lot or the garage that's available there but now they're charging you $11 and it's chaos. I will say that the view up here is great though so if you're willing to forgo all of that for a view for like a one time date or something like that, it might be worth it

You can hold any type of an event, and it will still look fabulous, bright, classy and lovely. Weddings, engagements, birthdays, baptism ,holidays, and special events. The place is HUGE, I mean Huge!! Holds up to probably 500 people or even more.. I have been to this banquette hall many years ago for a wedding, and it was a huge success. The couple btw are still married! Their service is up to par and all the servers at every table is professional, courteous, helpful, and make your event delightful and very memorable. That comes from the owner who is a great businessmen! Greg, the owner has everyone in check. He is pleasant, kind, helpful and treats each individual with dignity and respect. That is why he has a good reputation among so many people. Customers, guests and his employees! This is not a restaurant type of a place to place your order and they bring your food to you. Everything is already set up on the tables before all the guests arrive. They have a decadent, delicious dishes that come with many different kinds of appetizers, salads, cold cuts and of course so many variety of HOT FOOD!! Cakes, pastries.. Simply divine, fresh and did I mention DELICIOUS!?! You can customize your food/order according to what you need & want. He will accommodate to your needs. I don't know his price packages, because I personally haven't held any event there. You can go in person, call or contact him via email and thru Social Media. He'll work with you!:-) They have a DJ & you can also bring your own band. Alcohol, not sure about that. On the 14th of this month there was a memorial service that I had attended, and everything that they did from the time you walked in until the time you walked out was just MAGNIFICENT!! IN EVERY WAY! I attended a 60th birthday party for my Uncle in Los Angeles at Mirage Venue and OMG this please is just gorgeous and absolutely beautiful. It's a pretty big hall and also very grand so it was perfect for a grand 60th birthday party. There was lots of parking so no worries and basically the outcome of your event was really up to the host. As for this party it was everything and I will always remember this post and totally recommend it. I hope I can find pictures for you all to see how much fun I had. Until next time ciao!
