I bought a Groupon for a years worth of laser for a large, medium, and small area. I've gone through about half of my package so far and I'm loving the results. The laser technician, Debbie, is so great! She's friendly, caring and extremely helpful! She is over all amazing! Some receptionists are a bit cold and they are really busy so it's not as easy to change your appointments. I get it, they really are super booked all the time which is amazing for the business. Other than the receptionists and crazy appointment scheduling, I would make the recommendation to anyone to get their laser done here. Felt compelled to share this story as part of my review. Was there for the first time with my wife whom I had given Laser Hair Removal Groupon as a gift. While filling out paperwork, a woman just came out after finishing her treatment. She was ecstatic, loved it & was glowin. She too used a groupon.. but when Debbie checked it.. it was expired. So instead of having the woman pay full price/etc.. they worked something out and still honored the groupon! Immediately my thoughts were "so the reviews are true" and they knew customer service. More importantly, they knew how to treat people properly (no attitude/snobbishness/etc). Then when it was my wife's turn for her laser treatment (underarms).. I can hear them chatting in the back and heard my wife go, "that's it? it's done? oh my god!" :) I knew she was nervous since it's her first time ever getting laser treatment but Debbie (the best) made her feel comfortable, assured and my wife loved it. I got an incredible deal from lifebooker for 20 units of Botox. But I think she only injected me 10 units. A month has gone and the result is very mild, barely nothing changed. I can still move my forehead like normal. The frown lines still there. What a waste! Jennifer asked if I wanted to buy more units that day but I insisted that 20 units was enough as I've been getting Botox for years. I was thinking to go back when she quoted me the price for next time but NO, no more. I'd rather pay more for those who have ethics in doing business!!! read more

My mother and I are both college graduates, we both happen to speak English and Arabic, but I like speaking to her in Arabic. Those at the front desk made us so feel so uncomfortable. We wear hijab as well, every time we took it off for our appointment, one of the laser techs had to make some comment about how "we look better with it off and it makes us look older with it on"....it was 2019 at the time...no excuses for it tbh. The looks we got the constant "what?" every time my mother and I spoke in our native language...ridiculous. One time I came in with my little sister and she asked, "Is this your daughter?" I said "haha no shes nine and I'm twenty"....she dared to say "well it still works" I would never spend a single dollar at this place again. Another thing about how they operate: they charged us $200-300 for 6 sessions only to tell us we must by another 6 to see actual results...why not pay for all 12 upfront? She also missed areas on my face and when I asked her to do them she gave excuses and was just really careless about it. Very unwelcomed here. Update: they did reach out to apologize which is nice, but above was my personal experience over the six sessions (6 months). read more

If you're going for filler/botox, Jen is great. If she takes her time, amazing really.. She really does have talent for this... Unfortunately it's always a rush job. If you're like me and are going for quality over quantity, this may not be the place for you. Appointments are overbooked, always a long wait and the rushing just makes the experience uncomfortable to say the least and lacking in good quality from rushed work. Not the most professional environment. The receptionists asks everyone what they're having done in the waiting room in order to apply numbing cream since it takes a bit for it to work. This may be fine for some people and yes the work is decent given the circumstances and the price is good, and this, to most people makes up for the dip in quality, but if you're like me and would like a more professional environment and better experience, pay the extra money and go to a proper cosmetic spa or physician where you don't have to wait more than 20 minutes and patient privacy and time is taken seriously and respected.. This is a very sincere review. I've given this place a fair chance and have been there several times, but today the fourth time was the last straw. I can't. read more

Jen is truly gifted and has a real passion for what she does- there is no question about that. Her prices are unbeatable. However, time is money so I'm giving Dolce Aesthetics 2 stars. I've seen Jen since 3-4 times a year since 2016 and I've never waited less than an hour for her services. One time, I actually waited FOUR hours. Although apologetic, there's always an excuse. She once said that if I was going to a doctor that there would be a wait, which 1- is not necessarily true but 2- if I waited as much as I've waited at Dolce Aesthetics I would just simply find another doctor.
