Great establishment for a night out if your looking to play some pool, have some drinks and sing karaoke! The service is always great. Atmosphere is live and fun. We have yet to try their food but will be sure to try it next time we come. The food looked great as other Patrons were ordering them.

Classic sports bar with low lights and little ambiance, but the bartender rocks! I was undecided on cocktails to go with dinner and she pulled me out of my rum and coke doldrums by offering a wonderful blueberry mojito! What a treat it was! It was a beautiful thing to watch her muddle the mint and berries, and craft my cocktail with care. Hubby had a beer. The bar has a pretty lengthy food menu, and I chose a shrimp bowl with cilantro lime rice. It was not my favorite, the shrimp being fully cooked but a bit softer than I like. The rice was a wet gluey overcooked overstirred mess, served with a side of lime juice because, well it needed more liquid? I did not finish the rice. The broccoli side however, was perfectly prepared, tender and buttery with mild seasoning! But my bad, I really should have gotten a burger instead of the rice bowl. My suggestion, invest in a rice cooker, perfect every time! Husband had a buffalo chicken wrap with a side salad and both were EXCELLENT! So I really think it's about ordering what they are good at making. Bar food, well prepared. Nothing fancy.

Such a great time! My gram took me here to drink lunch I mean eat lunch and have a drink. She loves it here and now, I do too! She said we simply must try Linda's (our wonderful bartender) Bloody Mary's! Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Linda is fabulous and was able to attend to everyone at the bar and keep a smile on her face. Our beautiful server, Connie was fantastic as well. She knew exactly what my grams orders (she is a regular here ) and my cousin Connie orders as well. I ordered the eggs Benedict (I forgot to take a picture before I ate them ) and they were great! We also got some wings to go! Great atmosphere, service, drinks and food! Thank you for the memories!

Sara is amazing! She knows her bar and she knows how to make an incredible martini the proper way! I can't say enough about her character as she beams with joy! She is fast and talented behind the bar! Give me a 49ers and Oakland Athletics here all over the walls. How could you not love this place?

Cute small bar that has a karaoke station, art display and billiard. It gets very busy at night so try to come earlier. The food is delicious and the drinks are great. The bartenders are skilled and friendly. Had a fun time

This is a tough one for me to review. The pub itself is just fine. The parking lot is small and a little tight. There is a small outside dining area. Inside, there's a large dining area and a wraparound bar. There's also a couple pool tables. There's a few TV monitors inside and I got the impression that this place has it's local regulars. Everyone I spoke with, including the staff, seemed pretty nice. But here's where I have to go down in my review. With a name like Dolan's, I assumed they'd definitely have pretty good Fish & Chips...so that's what I ordered. The order comes with three pieces of fish and fries. To my great disappointment, the fish was lacking any decent flavor. I tried squeezing some lemon on the fish....but no real help there. So I tried putting some malted vinegar on the fish. That didn't help either. The french fries were good, but the fish was pretty bad in my opinion. Maybe I just happened to get a bad batch or it wasn't one of their specialties. Regardless, it left me with a bad impression. Prices here were reasonable. So one day, I'd like to give this place another try. Hopefully, my food order will go better. I won't be ordering the F&Cs though.

Great food, environment, and service! Large, 85" TV in main dining area that's perfect for game days. Dolan's Den is a hidden gem in the Santa Rosa area.

Service is good! Had plenty of staff check in on me and make sure everything was going well. Pastrami taco was really good! Surprised to see it paired with kimchi but a pleasant surprise and gave me a bit of kbbq vibes. I'm Korean so I think the kimchi could have more bite or be more fermented but it's totally fine. Korean chicken thigh taco also super good. I think it'd be better to have this taco and the pastrami one switch their veggies but the usual black eyed pea slaw with the chicken was great too. Spicy crema could be spicier but that's personal preference and still went with the chicken great. I think the pastrami taco came out on top just by a smidge so I even ordered one more before grabbing my bill. This last taco came a little slower than the others but I wasn't in a rush. Definitely recommend asking for more slaw and kimchi to go with your tacos and make them loadeddd! I'll try to be back to try their larger plates!

There's almost zero damping and no acoustic management whatsoever. It has the appearance of an attractive venue without the functional reality. It was incredibly painful with the voices of all the talking along with the music ringing in our ears. The conversations of people were amplified by the design of the facility to the point where they were competing with the fully amplified '90s band that I heard called joose. In addition, they appear to have no comprehension about how to actually create an appropriate acoustic management system. There are no damping systems, no soft surfaces, it's like they didn't even ask anybody who knows anything about anything about how to do acoustic design. It's entirely appearance based. We will never return here again for anything other than a cocktail or maybe a karaoke event. It was a waste of $20. Per person. We effectively paid $40 for a couple to be acoustically tortured for 2 hours. We kept hoping it would get better but it didn't I thought maybe once more people came in they might help but it didn't help they just got louder. I can't believe that nobody else has complained about this before.

There is a good variety of food with the stars I think being their escargot (the garlic butter being the best). Lots of little touches of snail decor around the restaurant is really cute. I've had their ahi Niçoise salad and it is excellent. The potatoes and ahi were a surprisingly good combo for me. Oysters are a refreshing appetizer but I recommend the frog legs (tastes almost like a very lightly fried thinner chicken wing). I often paired it with a side of mushrooms. My family has gotten a variety of their menu. Onion soup is good and ahi tartare is great to share and munch. Warmed baguette bread and butter are always available. They have such good appetizers I think they even beat out the entrees. But I can say their steak and poulet/chicken frites are not bad too. I'm very glad they can do substitutions for the frites with roasted vegetables and got my poulet with green beans instead which still were a good pairing for the meat. Desserts are great too to share and finish your meal. Creme brûlée is standard in a lot of places and theirs hits the mark but I love Augie's Crepe Suzette more! A tangy orange based crepe topped with vanilla ice cream with bits of crispy orange bits throughout. I hope I come back again to try more dishes. A lovely spot in downtown. Reservations are easily made online too.

Cozy decor and the restaurant is in the middle of all the downtown Santa Rosa action. The bread and butter were so good. And complimentary, which I feel is rare these days. Salade Lyonnaise was surprisingly good for this reluctant veggie eater. The bacon vinaigrette really gave it a meaty flavor. I wanted to try the terrine but the group vetoed me for the pate and I was pleasantly surprised. It came with a little bit of salad, mustard, and pickles, and the whole thing ate really well together. Next came the sweetbreads and I think I was only sad there wasn't more of it. I liked this best of the apps. Got the half dozen raw oysters on half shell. Those were okay, I think I could skip next time. For mains, I got the duck confit. The duck itself was okay. I think I expected it to be more tender; and it was a bit oversalted for my taste. The potatoes and fig jus though... wow I would order this if it was just a side. Also, again, appreciated that there was a salad with this, I thought it was a nice touch that brightened up the dish. I probably wouldn't get this again but there are other mains to try. I tried the dishes ordered by others at our table. I thought the steak was super chewy. Definitely the worst steak I've had from a Stark restaurant. It is the worst steak I've had in recent memory. It also had very little sauce, but maybe I was only looking for the sauce because the steak wasn't any good. I thought the duck sausage dish was a bit salty. The poulet frites was probably objectively the most well-prepared protein out of what we ordered, in terms of seasoning and texture. We were pretty stuffed so we didn't get dessert this time. The service was interesting. Front of house were very welcoming and friendly, what you would likely expect for hospitality. Servers were not very welcoming or friendly, but maybe it's trying for French vibes in that way. (Jk.) It was maybe giving new server. That said, by the end of the meal I couldn't really knock it because the servers were prompt in responding to all our requests. Overall, I think the visit was like 3.5 stars because of the bread and butter, good apps, and prompt service were good, but the mains were all pretty disappointing. I will definitely be back to try more of the apps and maybe a dessert.
