Definitely a place to watch big football games...and that's about it. Victory needs to work on their organization skills when a huge sports night happens. We sat at two back tables with a lagging tv and somehow our orders got mixed up with the table behind us. The nachos with meat wasn't ours but we started snacking on it, but call that bad karma because we think they must've been made with an unusual vegan meat. The salsa and cheese that pose as an addition to chips and bites were not tasty. On a positive note on their own, the jalapeno bites, pretzel bites, and chips were decent and beer and drinks were good. Prices are pretty good. If you want a drink, find the end of the bar and walk up. You are ignored if you wait in the middle of the bar. I've upped a star because for ME, they are consistent, prices are reasonable, service is ALWAYS good and the atmosphere fits the sporty theme. Almost without fail, my husband will order the honey Sriracha wings extra crispy, side of fries with ranch. Bar food. Last night, I tried one of their specials... basically a hot Caprese sandwich with chicken, balsamic drizzle, on focaccia. I totally understand the balsamic drizzle, though it felt a little overpowering in flavor. That said, I really enjoyed the sandwich! This was by far one of the worst experiences that I've ever had at a restaurant and I refuse to come back. A handful of us wanted to watch the Niners game. And the manager Jared, front of house supervisor, was not nice at all. We had two tables that accommodated 12 people and there was a table that decided to come over and take our chair without asking. I did not think it was a big deal because all of our party had not arrived yet but when they did, I was going to go ahead and ask for our chair back. I went ahead and let the table take the chair and assumed that by the time the rest of our party showed up that they would be finished with the chair. When the remaining of our party showed up, I went ahead and walked over and politely asked if I could get our chair back because our party was showing up. They said it was fine and so I took our chair back. There were no issues up to this point and then the supervisor Jared decided to come up to me and confront me about the chair situation and then lie about it saying that their management team had approved and taken the chair from us, which was not true. At no point did the management team let us know that they were taking a chair from us. I was completely embarrassed and Jared made me extremely uncomfortable and confronted me about the chair situation in front of the whole restaurant. When I looked over, Jared was talking to what I assume is the main manager and they were staring at me and clearly talking about me over the chair situation so I decided to walk up to the main manager and let him know about the whole situation and he made sure that we received an extra chair to accommodate our large party, kudos to him! I personally think that if the victory house is going to be showing 49ers game that they should look into a better system to accommodate all of the people coming in. I did not want to cause a big scene, but Jared was very condescending and not friendly at all. Management should train him and ensuring that he is giving the best guest experience. I refuse to come back to victory house until this is fixed. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back. The food was mediocre at best. The ambience for watching the Niners game was great, but they really need to work on their guest experience or Dave & Buster's will take all of their people once they open up. read more

My coworkers and I decided to come watch the Tyson vs Paul fight after work. There was a brief wait for a table of 6. Our waiter Emilio was knowledgeable about the food and the drinks, he was so helpful and friendly. Our food selections were good, we all ordered different items, as we sampled each others. Coming from Kansas City, we like to watch the Chiefs play on Sunday. This bar is great to watch all NFL games on multiple screens with fans of different teams. Of course there are more 49er and Raiders fans than others, but I did not feel unwelcome. Our waitress was extremely nice and made sure our glasses didn't go empty. We will be coming back for more Sundays to watch more football and other sporting events. On Sundays, they have a build your own Bloody Mary option, where you get to customize the liquor and toppings. I recommend adding the different types of stuffed olives. Mine was spicy and delicious, making me order 2 more throughout the meal. The wings were crispy and juicy, with the perfect amount of seasoning on the lemon pepper wings and the mango habanero sauce was sweet with a nice kick. We had a very attentive waitress who did the very best that she could! We had three kids and four adults at dinner on a Saturday, while it was raining. The restaurant wasn't very packed but keeping our three kids corralled was difficult. The issue I had is my son is gluten free. The waitress didn't know any gluten-free options, couldn't tell me if there was gluten in any of the products on the menu, and when I did finally order a bunch of sides for my kid, I only got some of them. We ordered a burger with cheese. (No cheese was given) a side of pickles and a side of mushrooms (which we never received and paid for) And beans with chips. She didn't tell me that the chips were homemade and therefore had gluten on them because they went in the deep fryer with all of the gluten products that was even after a 5-minute spiel about contamination and gluten products in the deep fryer! ​Needless to say I spent about $40 on poorly made food and a lot of misinformation. It's the manager's job to train the waitresses to know about the menu and food allergies. Do better for your customers please! read more

If you have ever been to Victory House inside the Poppy Bank Epicenter, you'd be excited to know that as of today (6/16th) a NEW MENU launched and it did not disappoint! Ambiance (5 ) Nice and open space. Temperature inside was nice and cool. If you're a dog lover, there is a fun little patio adjacent to sit at with a furry friend. We chose to sit outside today (even if we were dog less) and enjoyed it. Service (5 ) Our server's name was Sean and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Greeted us as soon as we walked in and service level was consistent throughout our time there. Sean had great table awareness even when we were sitting outside. Super friendly and seemed very happy to be there. Food came out nice and hot and, we were served all at the same time! Food (5) We ordered: [Apps]: Double patty sliders, Bavarian pretzel bites [Entree]: Tóxica Burger, Flat bread pizza and Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Food Summary The double patty sliders were perfect! The pickles and pickled onions gave it a nice balance and...you can taste the beef because it isn't drowning in sauce. The right amount of ingredients! Recommend: YES! Bavarian Pretzel: I am typically a mustard person. And while I enjoyed the mustard, I thoroughly enjoyed the cheese sauce that had a nice bite of spice. Recommend: YES! Tóxica Burger: My son raved about the burger! He said it was one of the best burgers! He loved the pepper jack cheese and jalapenos! Asking him for a bite was an afterthought and when I glanced down at his entree to ask...the burger was fully consumed. Recommend: YES! Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich: Yes, Yes and...YAASSS! . You can order it up a notch or two for spice. THIS sandwich is my new fav! Chicken was nice and crispy with an even amount of hot sauce and the perfect amount of slaw and pickles to balance out the flavor. Definitely a MUST TRY! Recommend: YES! Monday May 19,2025 stopped by this location to get some lunch about 12:00 pm. Walked into the restaurant and took a seat at one of the tables. 2 people were sitting separately at the bar eating. Another table had six or 8 people sitting there. The only waiter was a male about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a buzz cut, who looked at me as I sat down. The place was almost empty. The waiter looked at me several more times but never came over to take my order. I thought that was weird. After waiting 20 more minutes I walked over to the bar and asked for a menu. I placed my order with the young lady behind the bar. My food was brought out after 10 minutes. I paid for my order in full with a tip and thanked the nice friendly young lady behind the bar. The very unfriendly male waiter with the buzz cut never address me or made contact with me at all. I looked at him several times and made very good eye contact with him. It was obvious he did not want to serve me. Not sure why, but I do not want to play that card. Food was good and the service from the young lady behind the counter was great. The guy with the buzz cut should not be a waiter. I was in town to look at a used car, that was for sale. Never ever had an incident with a waiter like this. This guy does not have people skills for certain type of people. All paying customers should be treated the same. Three guys walked in after I finish eating, and he took their orders right away. So I came here for a Drag show, did not know that these kind of events were hosted at this location. Got to say the Drag was pretty impressive, the performances was incredible and they did gather a big crowd. Definitely recommend the show you will not be disappointed. The event was quite a hit and the customer service was excellent considering how busy it was. Ambiance is casual yet formal, pretty much anything goes. I made to the Bar and had four margaritas that were delicious and as for the food I have were it's delicious but have not yet tried it so I will have to go back and review the food. I came here to catch a NFL playoff game. It was raining a little bit, so I figured this might be a good choice to watch the game. Upon arriving, I was shocked to see a non-stop line of cars throughout the whole parking lot! Unable to find an open foot, I ended up parking in the street. Walking up, there were people, young and old, everywhere! Apparently, either this place is super popular or I just happened to hit a crazy night. There was a wait list for a table, so I grabbed one of the few open bar seats. This place has HUGE TV screens inside. They also have live music. What I didn't know was this sports bar is part of a sports complex. There's a bowling alley, an arcade, trampolines, in-door soccer fields (3), pool tables, and an axe throwing area...if I recall correctly. I had a couple local microbrew beers and their Pepperoni Flatbread pizza. The pizza flatbread lacked any real flavor...even after adding salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. I definitely can't recommend anyone order it. My beer was good though! Alone, I'd only rate this place just two stars...primarily because of the pizza flatbread. But considering the fact that there are all the other activities you can engage in (the other parts of the sports complex), I'm bumping the rate up to three stars. This was our second time coming here and this time we actually ordered food. We got seated right away and our server was so sweet. She was very attentive and kind. The menu has a lot of options and something for everyone. Our group decided to order dishes to share and that was probably the best decision since portions are pretty sizable. I really loved the chips and dip, The chips were crunchy and big but the dip was surprisingly good. It was bean dip that wasn't too overwhelming but it paired nicely with everything. For the boneless chicken wings we did half and half so lemon pepper and the classic. I enjoyed the lemon pepper more but overall they were just okay; nothing too exciting. The charcuterie board was really nice however! Wish they gave more bread but everything was delicious. I love the pairing of melted brie and jam. Grapes were fresh and the walnuts were sooo good. This board was perfect just for snacking especially since we were drinking. Overall very good selections and nice place to sit down for food in Epicenter. My wife and I have been regular (weekly) patrons at Victory Lounge since we moved to Santa Rosa. We watch all the SF49er games there and play trivia sometimes. On 2/9/25, we visited to watch the Super Bowl and were delighted to find that we had arrived early enough to get a good table near the big screen TV and close to the bar. The host said those tables were reserved for large groups, but not for any particular group, and seated us at the back of the room against the wall. Watching from my living room provides a better seat!!! After 15 minutes, I asked the host to move us and she said they reserved those tables for large groups. I asked about breaking apart one table and even said that I had no objection if another twosome wanted to join us at a table for 4. She insisted they had to keep the tables for large groups. Rather than cause a big scene, I decided to leave and go to Ausiellos. Victory House's policy makes no sense given the demographic trends, i.e., families and thus groups are getting smaller not larger. Perhaps the manager of Victory could change the policy to first come first served. This would provide good seats for regular customers who arrive first for big sporting events. read more

One star is a stretch. We came in telling them we had to be at a growlers game (which they are a sponsor...) and they still took 43 minutes to bring out a salad, and we had to ask for it to be in a to go container after it took 20 minutes for a server to even come to table. Plus, it was a quinoa bowl with maybe a tablespoon of quinoa? The deep-fried cauliflower was frozen, the sauce we asked for didn't come on the side. The sliders were frozen and hard. The other burger came out with my salad and didn't get eaten until it was put in togo 45 minutes later. Not sure if this place is good....but the service is complete garbage. We TRIED to eat here yesterday late morning early afternoon ( 11/17 ) with my husband and toddler. The hostess sat us. We waited for well over 10 minutes NO ONE CAME.... Getting frustrated because we have our hungry toddler with us my husband went to the bar to order, (no problem, we just want to have a drink and eat!) the girl bartender said we couldn't order there and the wait staff would be "right with us" so we waited a bit longer. I finally asked the hostess nicely if we had a waitress or waiter and that no one has been to our table yet. She looked at me and said she was going to tell them right away and then we watched her immediately walk out of the restaurant without telling anyone it was so obnoxious it was almost funny soooo needless to say we got up and left! We saw the hostess outside on her break eating lunch when we left and we laughed. Granted it was a Sunday at a sports bar but we watched lots of staff roaming around and one guy even taking time to check football scores on the TV.... Cool!! I've actually worked in the service/ bar industry for over 20 years and understand when places are busy and you have to wait longer but there was some SERIOUS fails within the staff clearly not communicating. Our server, Morgan, was wonderful! She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. When asked about an entree she was totally honest and made my decision so much easier. Her smile and pleasant personality were such a refreshing change from so many grumpy servers on a Saturday evening. The nachos were fresh and yummy. Highly disappointed that there is no happy hour menu. The servers(not their fault) but they just ask what you want to drink and then list off all the options like I'm suppose to remember all of it. There really should be a separate happy hour list. Online it only says has the beer & wine marked as happy hour, even though there are select cocktails that are also included. Celebrated my birthday here last month and they did not disappoint. The waitress put on the Sharks game for us and we had a blast. They offer a great selection of local beers on tap and the food is great. I had the carne asada quesadilla which was addicting. My wife had the pesto mushroom flatbread and she loved it. This review comes after years of trying the same items and seeing their decline through the years, specifically the nachos. For $16 nachos I would think they would be more than just a bunch of chips with cheese sauce, not even real cheese, and when they first opened they were SO good! The old nachos had REAL cheese (cheddar and jack) baked onto the chips, sprinkled with authentic cotija cheese on top. In addition, they had crispy fresh jalapeños. They really were amazing. At that time they were $14 (without meat) & although more expensive than authentic nachos from our local taquerias, they were really good & we ordered them weekly. Shortly after they replaced the cheese with cheese sauce that you find and a high school snack bar, replaced fresh jalapeños with the canned ones & no more authentic cheese or good chips. They started using some generic blue chips. NOW (as in today), the nachos are still pretty mid- below mid, but the chips are better & now they are $16. Increase in price and big decrease in quality. Such a bummer! The other item I always order is the victory house salad & it has been consistently good. There have been a couple times where the protein I got was old/cold/not edible, but for the most part it is solid and consistent. Will order again. I wish they would bring back the amazing nachos, especially since they aren't cheap. $16 for chips, cheese sauce, tubed sour cream, 1 TB guacamole & maybe 1/4 C black beans (&I'm being generous). If you add meat, it's an extra $6, making your total $22 for some nachos you can find at any snack bar + a few extras. No thanks, not anymore. Me and my family went here for a very special occasion, it was my little brothers 18th birthday and I personally flew out from Vegas for this occasion. We chose this restaurant because my brother loves their wings. However I was very disappointed with various things. We were a party of 11, 7 adults and 4 younger kids (around age 10) now I understand how big parties are harder to handle, however this was just disrespectful. Please keep in mind this was a Tuesday and it wasn't busy. They sat us down at a clearly dirty table, there was crumbs and spills all over by the time we noticed our server was gone, no hosts or anyone at the bar was available. All the staff was gone, not only that but they didn't even give us any menus!!! We sat for over 10 minutes at a dirty table with no menus. Finally, our server came back out and we told him we didn't have any menus and if they could wipe the tables. They wiped the table down and gave us one menu, our server walked away and I assumed he went to go get us more but he didn't. ONE. For a party of 11 and they hand us ONE menu. like seriously? Our server was gone for at least another ten minutes and when he came back he asked us if we were ready to order, we told him no obviously, and if he can bring us more menus. Which he finally did, we wanted to leave at that point but we didn't want to ruin my brothers birthday. After some time he took our orders, he had a little mini tablet where he put in our orders, he repeated it back everyone assured him our order was correct and finally when our food was dropped off three of our orders were missing. We thought the food needed more time then after some time our server came back and we told him we were missing three orders. By the time they got their three orders, everyone else in our party was finished with their orders. It was all just extremely disappointing, upsetting, and almost infuriating. At the end of our visit, we got the check and split the bill into two checks, a party of 3 and a party of 8. They have a policy which says a party of 6 or more has an automatic charge for a 30% tip, which is understandable yet he put the 30% tip on both of our split bills. Ridiculous. By then we didn't even care we just wanted to leave. It was all so embarrassing and hurtful, disrespectful. This was our first time coming here and right when restaurants are able to open since the SIP. I wanted to go out with my kids for my birthday and outside seating is the only thing open at this time. We had a nice seat on the deck and it was kind of warm and nice to get out. They didn't have any means and you had to scan it on your phone to see what you could order. They only had Happy hour food selection and I wish I would have known that before I went because my heart was set on something else. I did check Yelp before I came to check their menu out before hand. We decided to stay and order. My kids got some drinks and they came out in bottles not in cups and we ordered food. My kids got burgers and fries and I got popcorn shrimp and mozzarella cheese sticks. It didn't take too long to get our food at all. My kids really liked there burgers.. I on the other hand didn't really like mine. I usually like tarter sauce and vinegar with my popcorn shrimp and they didn't have that.. They basically only give you ketchup, mayo, mustard packets to use on your food and don't bring anything else out. Maybe I'm being a little too picky, but I'm also pregnant, so that explains why I wasn't really into the food. I had my heart set on something and then had to settle for something else. The sign said to wait at the hostess stand to be seated. I waited for what felt like an eternity, without being acknowledged. I finally asked the bartender if I should seat myself. He mumbled something inaudible (and the place was NOT loud) and walked away. What felt like an eternity later, he finally told me to seat myself. The waiter came relatively quickly and rolled his eyes when I *gasp* asked to taste two beers. He brought the samples and then disappeared. The waiter did not bring me any napkins.
