Beyond disappointed with this food truck. They were contracted to feed nearly 200 people at an event and pulled a no call, no show. I tried numerous times to reach them by phone and text (assuming the number online is really theirs) but to no avail. The closest I got was a hang up, probably after they realized who it could be. This food truck came to our Professional development day and ran out of food after about 20 people. There was at least 50 people still in line. They waited literally until they made the last plate to let everyone else know. We stood in line for at least 30 min in the sun. Food was pretty good for a food truck hibachi, it was convenient as it was parked right outside of my apartment one night. Biggest down fall is the price, for the price I paid at Dojo, I could have went to a local hibachi restaurant and paid 3-4 dollars more and got a way better experience, salad, drinks etc. If you're looking for no frills Dojo is a good option. read more

Each dish comes with two sauce options which are both wonderful. Overall, if I ever have the hankering for hibachi I would try them again with a different protein such as chicken or shrimp.
