The bed is very comfortable, although it is the lowest bed frame I've seen at a hotel. I thought everything was very clean. I actually loved the shower. It's a walk in, but more importantly the shower head is actually up high, so us tall people can actually shower comfortably. The only slight negative is the soap dispenser in the shower barely work. The other issue is the sound proofing could be better, you could hear everything in the hallway. Overall a 4 1/2 star review. Since I have to round, it's a positive 4 star. Would I return? If you just need a place to sleep this'll do just fine. PS - The mural of leprechauns in the lobby/breakfast room is a little bit creepy. Not so much that you'll have nightmares but enough that you'll question why on earth someone painted it.

Food is reasonable. Free bottles of water for the soccer players, which was nice. Downside: It's been cold in the area and the heat in the room never went over 73 degrees even though it was set to 76 after hours at 74. The room was just always chilly. You'd think you could get a little relief from the shower, but no, it never got hotter than luke warm. Also the parking spaces are too small. It's fine for smaller sedans but not for trucks. Both sides of my car have scratches on it from people getting in and out of their trucks. Anyways, I've been to other hotels in the immediate area and I like them better; probably won't be back.

Extremely Disappointing…read more Very disappointing experience. At Soaring Eagle Resort Water Park Lodge. At approximately 1:30 AM, I had to wake up my 5-year-old, pack up our entire room, and move to another room because the thermostat was not working properly and the room became unbearably hot. Having to do this in the middle of the night with a young child was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. I spoke with the manager, Chloe, who was rude and dismissive. After explaining the situation, I was told that 20% was all they were willing to offer and that there was no corporate office to contact because they are not a franchise. Considering what we went through, 20% is nowhere near an appropriate resolution. Things can go wrong at hotels, but how management handles those situations matters. Unfortunately, I felt completely let down by both the experience and the response from management. I would not recommend staying here.

This was his first casino, and we had a blast here. You could land a jumbo jet on the gambling floor. Outside of Vegas you'd have a hard time finding a floor this large, and with so many slots and tables. To keep things simple, we played a handful of different slots machines and each of us won at the majority of them. Aside from the casino floor they have a pretty cool bar and stage area in back that we peeked in on. They also several periphery restaurants and other shops. Everything here was instantly likable. I asked the ladies at the front desk, Amya and Ronnie, if they had anyway to help create some separation and add some seating. They put their heads together and got creative. They let me borrow 2 room partitions and a couple chairs from the meeting room. Awesome!! It let me separate the desk and TV from the Beds. The shower had the weirdest water flow that teetered between power washer strength and trickle. The bed was really comfortable and overall quiet when it needed to be. The small indoor pool with the hot tub was a nice surprise. They also have a small gym that is 24hrs. They only have one elevator so sometimes you are waiting a bit for it. Breakfast was fine in a pinch but nothing I would crave. I had oatmeal and some cereal. They had a few hot items as well. One more there was chicken which was a first for me. The woman working the breakfast was really nice. Overall I would come back if I needed a room in this area.
