Our "boys" are not very socialized as we live on a large property and they don't have a lot of other "play dates". We took them for an overnight to test the waters and it was a big success. I highly recommend these guys if you want your family treated like family! We're taking a 7 day trip in the future and that'll be home for a week for our guys.

The staff posts tons of daily pictures on Facebook, which I love to scroll through and see what my dogs are up to. They have a swimming pool you can have your dog go to if they like water. I do wish they had live cameras to watch what your dogs are up to, but that is just me being a crazy dog mom. They have tons of toys, collars, leashes, treats, etc. for sale in the lobby which is fun. The inside was clean and the staff at the front desk was very nice. I will be bringing my pups back here again & again!

Boh is a sweet dog but he is very protective of his family and doesn't like most strangers. With that being said, Boh took to the staff at Pet Paradise almost immediately, which was unusual, but extremely helpful and helped make my sister feel comforted knowing he was ok. They go above and beyond their jobs, and are eager to help. All I can say is KUDOS to the team, and thanks for taking such good care of Boh.

We were out of town last year and our GS stomach bloated (flipped and started becoming air filled and almost erupted). Becky noticed and Jim rushed him to the puppy ER (Sarvec, highly recommend them also!) and he needed emergency surgery to flip the stomach back and staple it down. Thank GOD for ICNDF and the knowledgeable staff! We are so thankful to them for saving our baby!! I would highly highly recommend them. Best perk of ICNDF: none of the dogs go potty or run with other dogs! I personally love this because with a very energetic GS, you never know what type of personalities you're going to mix with at those large doggy camp facilities. To me, I would absolutely rather have one on one care for my pup!

STAY AWAY!!! You've been warned…read more Here's what happened to us.... 1. NEVER CALLED BACK. When I arranged to have my dog (Milo) stay with Crystal we began talking through logistics but then she had to jump off and she said she'd call me right back. A couple of days later, after not hearing back from her, I called her again. She said she remembered me and tried calling me back but, "must have had the wrong number". Not sure how she could have had the wrong number when your phone shows "recent calls". 2. NO DOG TOYS. No dog toys in sight, inside or outside. 3. WENT RADIO SILENT. I heard from her on Sunday at 9:49am. After not hearing from her on Monday, I texted her on Tuesday at 1:58pm, No word back. I texted again on Wednesday at 8:08am. Still silence. I then texted her later that morning at 11:10am, left a voicemail at 11:43am, sent an email at 11:48pm, and a FB message around that same time. Lastly, I left her a missed call an hour later at 12:43pm. To summarize, I sent 3 texts, called 2x, and sent an email and FB message after not hearing from her in nearly 3 days. (She claimed I didn't give her time to get in touch with me because I only sent the email and FB message 1 hour prior to us connecting via phone. However, that disregards all of the texts and calls I made in an attempt to reach her before that.) 4. ONLY PICKED UP WHEN I CALLED FROM ANOTHER NUMBER. 5. CLAIMED SHE NEVER GOT MY TEXTS, VOICEMAIL, OR MISSED CALLS. When we did connect, she claimed she never received any of my texts, my voicemail, or my missed call. I believe she doesn't realize that the iphones show when texts have been delivered. 6. YELLED AT ME FOR THE MAJORITY OF OUR CALL. 7. WRONGFULLY CLAIMED I DEMANDED MILO SIT ON SOMEONE'S LAP FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT. Not only did I never request he be in someone's lap 24/7 for two weeks, but that wouldn't even be feasible... I told Crystal that Milo is most comfortable with people and loves sitting on laps and shared how I hoped he could get some lap time at her place since he gets scared easily. That statement's far from demanding he sit on a lap for 2 weeks straight. 8. WRONGFULLY CLAIMED I ACCUSED HER OF NOT FEEDING MY DOG. This thought hadn't even crossed my mind. 9. LOST HER SH*T WHEN I ASKED FOR PICTURES, AFTER SHE TOLD ME I COULD ASK FOR PICTURES. When I dropped Milo off, she said, "He's your baby; if you want pictures of him, just text me!" I thought that was very kind. After she offered to share pictures with us, I texted her [at most] once a day to ask for a photo or video. Some days, I didn't ask at all. When she finally answered my phone (when I thought to use someone else's number) she then yelled at me and claimed I was demanding because I asked for photos. She said I was the most demanding customer she's had because when she offered to send me pictures, she hadn't wanted to send them almost daily, and it was my fault for asking for the photos... 10) CANCELLED ON US 1/2 WAY THOUGH DOG BOARDING LEAVING US STRANDED MID-VACATION. Our call ended with her telling me she wouldn't continue watching my dog because I was demanding (demanding of what? I still don't know... I guess for requesting the photos that she offered to send) and that I needed to have someone pick my dog up. This led me to scramble and have to find someone at the last minute to get my dog and then care for him just as the holidays are about to start.

It's been a life saver with my work schedule. All indoors ( don't have to worry about the outdoor heat) They have different play rooms (they match your pups energy and group) Their staff is on it. Everyone communicates really well and make it so easy. They text you photos when you're out of town, they have a Facebook group. Prices are very competitive. They do not have grooming but can do baths and nails! For my old man I asked he has downtime vs the all day play so he's not too tired and he takes his naps for blocks at a time to rest. This time wasn't a checkup,…read moremy little buddy was scratching at his eyes, which was making the skin around that area red, so I wanted to bring him in to make sure it wasn't anything serious. Bringing Dash to the vet is always an experience. Sometimes he pees on the floor from excitement, sometimes he won't stand still on the scale to get weighed, sometimes he gets far too many treats, you never know what you'll get. This particular time no peeing, so that was great, he hopped around a bit on the scale, but good news was that he didn't gain anymore weight, so that's a win. He's always overly excited to see the staff. They call him smiley, because he really does smile when he sees them. Dr. Gavron saw Dash that day and she's always extra kind, and gives him lots of treats. She got down on the ground to check him out, give him some snuggles, and then put him on the electronic lift to take a closer look at him. After checking him out, she let me know it looked like he had an ear infection, and while his eyes looked clear, she wanted to give him some drops ot be on the safe side. The assistant showed me how to administer his ear drops, thank goodness! While it wasn't an inexpensive visit, they were very thorough with him and I'm glad I took him in to get his eyes and ears looked at.
