It's been a life saver with my work schedule. All indoors ( don't have to worry about the outdoor heat) They have different play rooms (they match your pups energy and group) Their staff is on it. Everyone communicates really well and make it so easy. They text you photos when you're out of town, they have a Facebook group. Prices are very competitive. They do not have grooming but can do baths and nails! For my old man I asked he has downtime vs the all day play so he's not too tired and he takes his naps for blocks at a time to rest. I came in with multiple concerns that something was seriously wrong with my dog. Instead of giving him a full examination, I was charged over $700 for two X-rays and for him to be "monitored" for the day. When I picked him up, nothing was resolved, and I was given no solid answers. The next day, when I called back to explain that he was still not doing well, I was told that they did not perform a full diagnostic exam--they only checked his stomach because that's what I thought the issue was. As a veterinary clinic, it is their job to thoroughly evaluate the animal, especially when the symptoms are unclear. Because they failed to diagnose him properly, my 7-pound dog was left in pain for an entire week. They told me that his stomach swelling would go down if I changed his food, which turned out to be completely incorrect. After two weeks of him continuing to suffer, I took him to another vet who immediately diagnosed him with a neck strain that required multiple medications for pain and inflammation. This is something Forever Vet Marbella should have caught right away. To make matters worse, when I expressed that I felt unheard and was considering taking him elsewhere, I was basically told I was "more than welcome to do that." After three years of bringing my dog to this clinic, that level of indifference was shocking. The amount of stress and pain our family went through--trusting a vet who clearly didn't take my concerns seriously--was a horrible experience. I would never recommend Forever Vet Marbella to anyone. My dog deserved better, and so did we.

We are snowbirds in St Augustine for 3 months from Wisconsin. We had heard that Happy Paws Pet Grooming and Rita were absolute the Best Groomer in St Augustine. I agree that Rita is the Best Groomer in St Augustine. We have a mini schnauzer. Maddie is her name. She is almost 11 years old and needs a grooming every 5 to 6 weeks. Not only was this grooming the best cut Maddie ever had, but the grooming experience was also the best. From the reviews it was known that Happy Paws Pet Grooming was very busy, and we may not be able to make an appointment. Well, Rita went out of her way to get Maddie in for a grooming, Take the chance and try to make an appointment, it is worth it. Several other reviews here thought this was their mini schnauzer best cut. I would agree with them. Upon arriving, the first thing Rita and her assistant did was to kneel down to Maddie's level and gave her some loving. Most times taking Maddie to a new groomer will cause Maddie to show her fear by shivering. This did not happen with Rita, Rita put Maddie on a bed, not in a dog crate, while we check in. Maddie was ready to pick up is 2 hours. When we came back to pick up Maddie, she was on the bed, not in crate. Thanks Rita, for making this a pleasant experience for Maddie and us. I can remember having another groomer in St Augustine taking over 6 hours to groom Maddie. We were expecting a call after 3 hours. The call never came. We finally went to the groomer's business only to find a shivering Maddie just getting her grooming started. This means that Maddie was in a crate for hours before her grooming. Thanks again Rita for Maddie's best mini schnauzer cut and making Maddie feel welcome and comfortable when we arrived. You put Maddie at ease and you also put us at ease.
