I started bringing my dog Chip to Dogtopia last year when COVID hit and he wasn't getting much playtime with other dogs. I chose it based on the staff, cleanliness, multiple play rooms for different sizes (mine is a little guy) and safety. I never worry about my doorbolter getting away from the staff and I know they are watching the dogs all the time. Almost a year later Chip and I are both thrilled with the Dogtopia experience.

What can I say about Dogtopia! My dog Tripp, he's 9 months old, has become totally socialized, made many friends and he loves going! He gets excited when we pull up in the parking lot! The staff is so kind to both of us. They greet us with open arms & at the end of a long day they give me a recap of how his day was and the new friends he's made. I love that they have nap time and play music for them to relax. I especially love the live camera so you can watch your dog interact throughout the day. I even share that with my clients and they love it. It puts me as ease knowing he's in good hands. It's a VERY clean environment. I would recommend Dogtopia in a heart beat and I have. Love the 5 treatment! Most of all Tripp feels safe and loves it! Thank you

My dog, Ivy, celebrated a year of going to Dogtopia yesterday. I continue to wholeheartedly recommend Dogtopia. The dogs are assessed for temperament and size. Ivy has been going to the Toy Box for the last year. I love watching her excitedly enter that room via webcam. She seeks out the canine coaches for pets. She plays with other dogs and lazes on a cot usually with one to three furry buddies. The customer service is excellent. Staff are friendly and responsive. I also highly recommend boarding and spa services at Dogtopia. Ivy is happy and relaxed after a day at Dogtopia.

It's so refreshing to see a business with such a high level of customer service and professionalism. Very clean facilities, no smells like other daycares. I found out they use a very complex air filtration system. Well trained staff. Very happy. Highly recommend Dogtopia.

Rigby loves to go to daycare at Dogtopia.

The team at LO Dogtopia is incredible, nice and love my pup, Rigby, just as much as I do (if that's possible). Special shout out to Pat, Angie and Courtney. They are always great with sharing updates and letting me know how Rigby's daycare stays have been. Rigby is a happy pup because he gets the time to hang with other dogs, burning off energy, he's an extremely social little guy. We will definitely be back again and again and.....

We found this place through a recommendation on Nextdoor and a recommendation from a neighbor walking by with her pup. We couldn't be happier! The staff is incredible loving and communicative. Most importantly our pup comes home happy! The extra touches they offer... photos, reports, live cameras... Great place!

My 9 month old pup loves Dogtopia! She has learned to regulate her energy and play with pups appropriately. She is so happy when I drop her off and tired from all the play when I pick her up! Also, the indoor play hasn't affected her potty training at all! She knows that our home is different than the indoor "dog park" at Dogtopia. The staff is great, personable, and really loves your dog and all the dogs that come into daycare.

We After some online research, we found Unleashed Dog Boarding. Our beloved pug was cared for and safe in a nice home that was set up for dogs. After a successful meet and greet and then practice overnight, he was given the green light. During the trip, we were able to see photos of him daily posted online, which was fun to see what he was up to. Upon pick up, I could see he didn't lose weight, and came back well adjusted, healthy, and happy! I know Unleashed Dog Boarding gave him attention every day too. Unleashed Dog Boarding was professional and very knowledgeable in the care of dogs. I would definitely use them again. The owner is a true dog lover!

This is such a lovely idea, hosting a few dogs in your home. Our experience with this business was…read moreless than ideal, though. The owner asked us to bring our dog (a 12 year old male miniature schnauzer) over to meet her dogs, because she needs to know our dog will get along with her dogs. So far, so good. Our dog, while far from perfect, loves other dogs. He loves other dogs so much that at TWO of his past doggie daycares, they used him as the test dog to see if other dogs would fit in. He has gone all the way up through advanced obedience classes, has learned circus tricks, and has competed in agility. He even used to work as a therapy dog, visiting long term care homes. He has never been aggressive towards anyone, much less another dog. He is more likely to play himself to death with them. After he met the owner's dogs (which my husband thought had gone just fine), she let me know she was uncertain if he and her older male lab got along. She wanted our dog to stay for a night at her house while we were still in town to find out if they were compatible. This seemed like a lot of effort, but, okay, I can understand being cautious. We took him to her place (at the cost of $50) and left him there for a night. The next day, my husband picked him up and she did not say a word to him about what had gone on. We assumed that meant we were good to go. We had already made reservations with her for our upcoming vacation, WELL in advance of the time we would be out of town. With less than a week before we were due to leave town, the owner contacted me to let me know that she had another male dog staying with her and she would need us to bring our dog back to her house again to see if our dog got along with this other dog. Seriously? What was she going to do if they did not get along? It seemed glaringly unprofessional to tell someone with less than a week notice that you are not sure if our dog (a much beloved family member) would be acceptable to stay with her when the rest of the family is about to leave on vacation. Talk about stress inducing. The owner's continued suspicion that our dog will be aggressive towards other dogs was unfounded and, frankly, offensive. We have found other, better options for boarding our little guy. I guess if you have a female dog or a young pup, this might be a good choice for you. The yard she has for dogs to run in is wonderful, and they have lovely little beds to sleep in all around the house. If you have a male dog, especially an older male dog, be forewarned you might want to look elsewhere.

Asking friends to come twice a day is a burden, and I've had other pet sitters in the past that I'd need to check in with to hope they showed up that day. Fortunately, I found Denise at Trixie Pet Care and spent a few stress-free days out of town AND came back to happy cats! The first thing I was surprised by was Denise's instant rapport with the cats. They can be standoffish, like most cats, but when she entered my home, they ran up to her! She was completely comfortable with my giant Maine Coon children and they were not afraid of her at all. While we were out, I deeply appreciated the texts every time she was there, photos of what they were doing, and updates on their state of mind (spoilers: they were either playing or sleeping). The way they were acting in the photos let me know they were not stressed and hiding, but rather out and about, eating, and living their best cat lives while I was on vacation. Words cannot express how valuable Denise's services were and we will only use her as our pet sitter from now on!

My aussie got her first heat cycle at 8 months and I was told she was allowed back in a few weeks once her cycle was complete. She was attending day care and training sessions a couple times a week. Unfortunately, I had some other personal matters come up and will be moving so I asked for a refund. They will not offer a refund on services and offered store credit instead. Okay, fine. I scheduled a weekend boarding to use up my remaining credit and I get a text this morning asking if my dog was spayed, if not she was not allowed to return. I understand the need for the policy but I was never made aware and was told previously by a staff member it was not necessary. I am not in a position to get her spayed right now, plus I am moving states next month. They still refuse to offer a refund of nearly $300. That is a good chunk of money that apparently they intend to keep. Doesn't matter that store credit never expires, I will not be able to use it. They made a mistake with lack of employee knowledge on policies and refuse to right their mistake and now stealing my money. This is wrong. I was emailing the owner back and forth and I am disappointed with their handling of this situation. I had my dog groomed and bathed on 2 separate occasions and she came back with mats and not dried properly. Some staff members were very standoffish and unwelcoming at drop off. There is no access to cameras and I was denied access to the facility to see where my precious pup would be. I do not recommend this facility.

First off, just want to say that I'm pretty much in love with all the staff here (minus one receptionist that I met today who wasn't the friendliest person compared to everyone else). Shawna brought me to the exam room to prep me for Dr Shannon. Back story: My sweet 12 year old dog has gotten more lame in his rear quarters and my husband and I want to prevent it from getting worse. We were told by our Vet in Tualatin park animal clinic to get rehab consult. I'm so so thankful we met who we met here. Shawna was so friendly, kind, gentle with my dog. She patiently listened to everything I had to say, asked follow up questions so I knew she was actually listening. She was just really present. Then moments later walks Dr Shannon. Something about her energy just made me feel like my boy was in such safe hands. The consult was 2 hours long but it didn't even feel that long. Dr Shannon was so so thorough, but so so gentle knowing my pup was in pain. Half way through the appointment he even fell asleep! After the appointment they gave me homework and Shawna thoroughly went over everything. She showed me what to do and all the tricks I needed to know. Fast forward a week. I can't remember the tech that took my pup back for his water therapy but I totally love her energy! She told me I could watch from outside, which I did for a few minutes as they got him set up inside the tank. But both Shawna and the other tech kept petting him and reassuring him. My heart melted knowing they were being so good to him without me being there comforting him myself. When he was done they called. The tech whose name I forgot brought him out and was so super sweet she patient telling me how he was doing and answering all my questions. She mentioned something that made my day about what a good boy he was and how he just knew what to do, and that nothing phased him. These are things pet owners need to hear because I'm honestly thinking he's scared out of his mind being somewhere new. Thank you, all of you for taking such good care of my best friend. Despite only coming here twice I want to come back all the time. I can't praise them enough.
