He was very polite and patient and somehow he got these two guys to comply. I contacted other groomers within the area, but none of those places ever responded back to me through the email, which was very disappointing. But I'm so glad that Woofie came through for us. They were very courteous and responsive to me through Yelp chat, and all the questions I had were answered very promptly. I'm so happy with the results and our dogs look so clean and proper now. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom so they just go in the ground while other dogs run through it( workers are not quick ti clean it up). Our puppy picked up the habit of peeing anywhere so, he started going to the bathroom all over our house. FYI he was fully potty trained prior to Dogtopia. Just not impressed with the location especially for the price!! I'll include a screenshot of the webcams where you can see the worker had not cleaned up any of the pee. (None of it is water... Asking friends to come twice a day is a burden, and I've had other pet sitters in the past that I'd need to check in with to hope they showed up that day. Fortunately, I found Denise at Trixie Pet Care and spent a few stress-free days out of town AND came back to happy cats! The first thing I was surprised by was Denise's instant rapport with the cats. They can be standoffish, like most cats, but when she entered my home, they ran up to her! She was completely comfortable with my giant Maine Coon children and they were not afraid of her at all. While we were out, I deeply appreciated the texts every time she was there, photos of what they were doing, and updates on their state of mind (spoilers: they were either playing or sleeping). The way they were acting in the photos let me know they were not stressed and hiding, but rather out and about, eating, and living their best cat lives while I was on vacation. Words cannot express how valuable Denise's services were and we will only use her as our pet sitter from now on!

My aussie got her first heat cycle at 8 months and I was told she was allowed back in a few weeks once her cycle was complete. She was attending day care and training sessions a couple times a week. Unfortunately, I had some other personal matters come up and will be moving so I asked for a refund. They will not offer a refund on services and offered store credit instead. Okay, fine. I scheduled a weekend boarding to use up my remaining credit and I get a text this morning asking if my dog was spayed, if not she was not allowed to return. I understand the need for the policy but I was never made aware and was told previously by a staff member it was not necessary. I am not in a position to get her spayed right now, plus I am moving states next month. They still refuse to offer a refund of nearly $300. That is a good chunk of money that apparently they intend to keep. Doesn't matter that store credit never expires, I will not be able to use it. They made a mistake with lack of employee knowledge on policies and refuse to right their mistake and now stealing my money. This is wrong. I was emailing the owner back and forth and I am disappointed with their handling of this situation. I had my dog groomed and bathed on 2 separate occasions and she came back with mats and not dried properly. Some staff members were very standoffish and unwelcoming at drop off. There is no access to cameras and I was denied access to the facility to see where my precious pup would be. I do not recommend this facility.

First off, just want to say that I'm pretty much in love with all the staff here (minus one receptionist that I met today who wasn't the friendliest person compared to everyone else). Shawna brought me to the exam room to prep me for Dr Shannon. Back story: My sweet 12 year old dog has gotten more lame in his rear quarters and my husband and I want to prevent it from getting worse. We were told by our Vet in Tualatin park animal clinic to get rehab consult. I'm so so thankful we met who we met here. Shawna was so friendly, kind, gentle with my dog. She patiently listened to everything I had to say, asked follow up questions so I knew she was actually listening. She was just really present. Then moments later walks Dr Shannon. Something about her energy just made me feel like my boy was in such safe hands. The consult was 2 hours long but it didn't even feel that long. Dr Shannon was so so thorough, but so so gentle knowing my pup was in pain. Half way through the appointment he even fell asleep! After the appointment they gave me homework and Shawna thoroughly went over everything. She showed me what to do and all the tricks I needed to know. Fast forward a week. I can't remember the tech that took my pup back for his water therapy but I totally love her energy! She told me I could watch from outside, which I did for a few minutes as they got him set up inside the tank. But both Shawna and the other tech kept petting him and reassuring him. My heart melted knowing they were being so good to him without me being there comforting him myself. When he was done they called. The tech whose name I forgot brought him out and was so super sweet she patient telling me how he was doing and answering all my questions. She mentioned something that made my day about what a good boy he was and how he just knew what to do, and that nothing phased him. These are things pet owners need to hear because I'm honestly thinking he's scared out of his mind being somewhere new. Thank you, all of you for taking such good care of my best friend. Despite only coming here twice I want to come back all the time. I can't praise them enough.

They noticed a tiny bump on his head (he had prior to coming) and six months later remembered that bump when he had surgery on it. Their staff is always friendly, seem to love the dogs, and take their time answering any questions. We're very fortunate to have them here. My only quibble is that you don't actually go in to their facility. You arrive, call, and they come get your dog. (At pickup, some folks don't even get out of their car -- the staff opens car door and pup hops in.) So, I haven't actually been inside though they do have tours on Saturdays when they don't have dogs running around. I was put off by that initially, but from the pics I see and how much my dog loves it, I'm fine with it. A nice perk is they take really nice pics of pups for their Instagram page, including the one they took of mine here.
