This business is very poorly managed by allowing this conduct to occur. We were cussed out and threatened TWICE that "a gun would be put to our heads" if we attempted to pick up my trailer. Matt handled our GN livestock trailer repairs that totalled $2655.72 and of that amt. $202.40 was tax. We are a farm/ranch and have a Agricultural/Timber tax exempt permit. I told him that I had already sent my horse trainer to pick up the trailer with a check made out less the tax. Matt totally freaked out and started screaming, cussing and threatening us. I assured him not to worry and that we would pick up the trailer no matter what was owed. I called my CPA and he said to pay the tax which is exactly what we did. This business DOESN'T HANDLE PROBLEMS OR DISAGREEMENTS VERY WELL AT ALL. What a horrible experience all over a tax exempt issue. TEXAS CUSTOMZ has lost us as a customer forever. WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE after receiving these horrifying threats over not agreeing to paying a tax until we spoke with our CPA. We cannot and will not EVER RECOMMEND TEXAS CUSTOMZ TO ANYONE. On top of that, it was projected to rain the next day so I needed this fixed. After several searches to include the famous, but expensive Safelite, we were referred to David's Autoglass. I spoke to him right before he closed at night and minutes before the cutoff to order anymore parts since he didn't have it in stock. David made the whole process so quick and easy that it allowed my already irritated emotions to be calm. I brought in my car the very next morning and it was fixed within the hour as he stated and literally an hours before it started to rain hard. David and his crew were all very friendly and fast. Worst customer service I have experienced. Needed a windshield replaced on my motorhome for a…read morespecial event that there were time constraints for having the windshield replaced by a certain date. They said they no problem and they could get it done well within time. So I gave them my business. What transpired after that caused a child fighting cancer to have his event cancelled because we didn't have the windshield replaced. The poor customer service was, they said the windshield would be in by a certain date. It wasn't delivered by the expected date. Ok, things happen, but keep the customer informed when you know there is an issue. So I called for 3 weeks just about everyday, no information, no updates and the manager didn't even reach out until it was to say the windshield hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. He said it was broken in transportation - which is hard to believe because it doesn't take 3 weeks to find that information out or receive the windshield. My insurance company said, they had been asking for payment upfront and they would not do that. So in the end, they hadn't even ordered a windshield it was all bullcrap they were spreading!
