It took weeks just to receive a quote. 2. When she picked up the vehicle, panels and flares were still loose. 3. She had to wait an additional three hours for them to correct the issue. 4. The pre-collision warning was still active -- something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed -- total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall.
