When picking my car up today they asked me if i wanted to keep the headlight that was replaced, which was a small gesture but definitely earned some points in this review. Overall, a great "Semi-family" owned body shop that I will come back to if I needed any more work done on my car.

I had to have my daughter's car towed to the shop on the day they were closed. They were kind and…read moredidn't mind when they open the next day to see an extra car in their lot. They were flexible with my daughter's class schedule and even offered to pick up the car key from her. They were able to diagnose the issue, made some observations and advise us on what need to be done. Estimates and detailed suggestions were given for us to make a decision on what to do. Repairs were done in such timely manner that my daughter was able to get there before closing the next day to pick up the car! They were courteous, efficient (!!!), professional, and kind in all the interactions we had. I'm so thankful to find them on yelp when we were in a panic!

Late at…read morenight, while we were staying at a hotel in College Station, we discovered one of our tires was extremely flat and completely beyond repair. We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to Terrence, we were able to get back on the road safely and without delay. After 1 1/2hrs she called AAA to get an update. AAA tried to get back in touch with Garcia and was told someone was on the way. After more than 2 hours, and still stranded, AAA called my daughter to tell her the driver was no longer communicating with them. AAA paid them in full up front. After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity. If you do have any common sense you will wisely avoid them.

The driver was super nice and offered to let me pay over the phone but we didn't have the same payment app, so I ended up sending someone to get cash to give to them.
