Such a privilege and a pleasure to learn from Kristi and her team at Dog Trainer U.S.! Can't wait until our pup passes her therapy dog certification exam and we are able to enrich others' lives. It will be because of everything we have learned from this amazing team of people who truly love the dogs they train and who put their whole heart and soul into making us the best handlers we can be. If you or any anyone you know is looking for training for their pup, whether it is training to be a service dog, therapy dog, search and rescue, to address aggressive behaviors or just general obedience training...I can't say enough good things about Kristi Smith and her team at Dog Trainer U.S. They train dogs from all over the country! A special shout out to Wesley Bates and September Lewis who have been an integral part of our pup's training since the beginning!

My extremely well trained service dog. His littermate (Captain) was also trained by Kristie, and will be working for the police department.

I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

Don't get it twisted - it is just as much work and training for the owner as it is for the pup! My puppy screamed in pain and the "trainer" started yelling at me to "get out!" and as I carried my screaming puppy out he mockingly shouted to all the other owners "She's just a drama queen!" My puppy would not bear weight on the injured foot. X-rays showed there were no broken bones, so the veterinarian bandaged her leg and we waited a week until the bandage was removed to find out if she needed an MRI to assess ligament injury. Fortunately when her bandage was removed she was no longer lame so no ligament injury. We had an almost $500 veterinary bill from her injury at the Zoom Room and the owner/manager never contacted us. The "trainer" said he would refund our $25 puppy play group fee and did not.

The facility itself is so clean and organized. We were impressed with how clean the place smelled. Most places involving dogs, there is always a faint or not-so-faint smell of dog, but with zoom room, you never could tell dogs were in there when it came to smell. Also a bonus is their amazing selection of dog treats and toys! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We met Colin, the owner and trainer, for orientation and he was awesome at explaining everything from training to their philosophy to what is expected of dog owners and what we need to do to see results with our puppy. With our schedule, we have been mostly in training classes with Ray (sorry, if I misspelled that!) and she is amazing! Gatsby loves her and so do we! We and Gatsby are always learning something new with each class that we never would've picked up from online or trying to train by ourselves. The trainers are very passionate about dog training and it definitely shows in classes. The best and most important part about Zoom Room, that we love the most, is their philosophy on only using positive training techniques and avoiding negative ones at all cost. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, safe facility with friendly and kind staff, and passionate trainers for your pup!

The training we received from you was instrumental in helping us in keeping our two boys safe. Your training was not for them, but for us. Capone and Pawlie appear much happier now, much more responsive, and Jodi and I are much more confident in our abilities. When our boys started becoming aggressive with each other, it broke our hearts. We had so much happening in our lives, we had forgotten that we project on to our kids. Instead of having one step forward , three steps back, we are now four steps forward and one step back. We just know, now, that we have to be more diligent with them and remember they too are our children. Your guidance, and teaching, has helped us regain our lives, and feel that our kids are safe, and they have been playing together. We, as Mom and Dad, still stress and want to make sure they are always safe, but our lives are much calmer because of you and your teaching. I look forward to actually getting to the group classes, and seeing you soon! Thanks again! Shane Brough
