She's been to 3 other dog grooming places and I also groom her at times myself. Appointment- we booked online and got lucky to get a ln appointment today. Since it was our first time, we got the new customer discount. Interior- the place was clean. Service- all the staff members were so nice!! There were three people in the floor. Two were cutting dogs hairs. All the dogs were standing there quietly as the groomers were cutting. They were so gentle and nice with the dogs. The person who checked my dog in was so nice and accommodating. I originally picked a more expensive package because I didn't know what my dog needed, but she fixed it and told me what each thing was. She also told me what I needed and not needed. Therefore, the cost was cheaper than I picked which was great! Ari was my groomer and she did an amazing job!! I'm so impressed. The grooming was nice and clean. Best I've seen so far compared to the other three places. They take their time to make sure the dog looks great and feels comfortable. My dog can get anxious at times about grooming, but they did great! My dogs fur got really knotty so she needed a full buzz cut, nail trim, ear cleaning and bath. I'm so impressed. My dog looks so great! They trimmed her exactly what I wanted and what my dog needed. They also call and tell you how the pet did. They also write a note in your profile so you know how your pet did. Love the service! I highly recommend this grooming place.

I was coming in to return some cat food I had just bought, as my sweet kitty Tofu passed away over the weekend. I was having a horrible day and Talia made my experience so easy- she was so helpful in returning my items and also talked with me about my cat. I showed her pictures of Tofu and it felt so good to be able to talk about him and share funny stories. The compassion she showed me and the genuine concern is something I won't forget. Paid the $20…read morewas handed a basket with 2 rolled up towels that looked dirty, an apron rolled up with dog hair all over, and a pink scrubber brush full of dog hair. I went in the dog washes area it was dirty. Both dog washes were out of shampoos and conditioner.i had my dog wet in the tub cold while we fetched an employee to come in. She opened up the box and confirmed everything was out. She went away to grab the supplies and refilled. The self serve dog wash at petco was supposed to be a convenient place with all supplies provided, and a clean area. It was the complete opposite. I do not recommend. Area is neglected and not kept up. I wish I would have taken pictures for this review.

Ed (or Eddie) helped me with my return quickly and graciously, even without tags or a receipt. When I went to look at collars, another employee (whose name I sadly missed) kindly pointed out that the ones I had chosen might be too big for my Frenchie. She took the time to explain how to check fit--making sure you can only slip two fingers under the collar so the dog can't wiggle out. Her expertise and kindness really stood out. At checkout, Marti helped me with my purchase. On my way up I accidentally knocked over a display, but she didn't hesitate to pick everything up and still treated me kindly and patiently. She even guided me through fixing my card in the reader when I inserted it wrong. Even though I was frazzled and in a rush, she treated me with the same professionalism and friendliness as the customer before me. I just want to say thank you to the whole team at this location. They are consistently hands-on, knowledgeable, and kind. Today was no exception--I left feeling truly grateful for the help and care they showed me. Hank and Honey love their new harnesses.
