The place itself is very clean and bright. It was quite pricey but that's not unexpected since we wanted the typical show cut on our bichon which takes a lot of skill and time plus I wanted to keep her fur relatively long. When I picked him up, the information I received was that he was having a really hard time throughout his grooming experience. No one called me to tell me he was struggling and to suggest I come and pick him up immediately. I WAS IN THE PLAZA!!! In fact, my poor dog was in so much pain we had to go to an emergency vet immediately. The grooming place denied any incident and I will never find out the truth, but obviously something happened while he was being groomed that caused him an injury and tremendous pain. And knowing what he was experiencing, we were shocked that they NEVER even called to follow up and see how he was doing. How can a grooming place have so little compassion for dogs? I would never recommend this place.

Didn't shower, didn't brush my teeth, didn't get dressed, wore bathrobe & barely ate for two months. I decided that I couldn't get another cat because he was the best. One gloomy overcast morning in March, I thought maybe I'll get a little dog because I needed to mother a fur baby. Two days later I had a three month old white Maltipoo puppy. I like to shop locally and I decided to take my "Delilah" for her first groom at Pet Grooming Studio. I commend them on being very strict with being up to date with all shots. They ask you how you want things done which is a plus. I get the call she is ready and wow they did a fantastic job. They even put a curchief on her! I had Mika as her groomer and she handled my girl so very gentle. Mika was cradling her as if my girl was her very own. I just had Delilah's second groom done yesterday and she is perfect! When I dropped her off yesterday they had the door open to the back, & I was able to see the grooming stations. Everything looked clean, neat & organized. I've recommended this groomer to a few people and will continue. Groomers have an intimate relationship with our fur babies and trust is # 1. The Pet Grooming Studio is a solid gold 5+ stars groomer and they have me as a repeat, satisfied and very happy customer. From Victoria & Delilah

Our OG a groomer sadly closed her shop and never reopened. When we brought home our newest furbaby 10 months ago, instinctively, I took her for grooming to another spot where we used to take our last pup. The price had tripled, a lot had changed and there was no transparency with services or pricing. Needless to say, I never went back. I received a few recommendations and one of them came highly recommended by a friend and fellow trusted dog owner. This is how we arrived at Q Studio. Quaint little shop tucked away beside Roll Me Up Ice Cream and a hair salon on Main Street Markham. It is a small shop, but clean and well maintained. Our furbaby loves her visits to the shop. Her grooming is always neat and exactly what we discussed on her very first visit. They are very consistent with the quality of grooming and if it is going to take 2 hrs, they are very communicative with letting us know if she is almost done or may take a bit longer. Pricing is great for the services and no hidden costs or charges.
