I called to tell them and they said they didn't know what happened and told me that they would get back to me after investigating and never did. The way they handled the situation, didn't know what happened and never got back to me, was wrong and not how you conduct business. Was no one outside with them? They were HUGE bite marks. Now my doggy doesn't like bigger dogs and has a problem with dogs in general. It completely tramatized him and he is different which upsets me to no end because he was great with everybody. I worked to have him comfortable with all sizes of dogs and now he doesn't even like to be around them. I would not recommend this place.

I've been trying to plan for a week-long work trip at the beginning of May, followed some time in Europe, and needed to secure boarding. Over three days, I submitted multiple intake forms (in case the first didn't go through), sent texts, and called. There was no follow-up, no acknowledgment. Nothing. The only response I received was a single text saying they weren't accepting new boarders until May 1 and to fill out a request form...which I had already done multiple times. If you're too busy to take on new clients, that's completely understandable. But ignoring repeated outreach and sending a generic, unhelpful response isn't. Communication matters, especially when people are trying to make plans with real deadlines. They may be great with dogs, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rely on them if you expect professionalism or responsiveness.
