We especially appreciated that the first day focused on fun and bonding with Ricky, the trainer, to help build trust before the official training began. Even though the program was structured, our dogs were treated with great care. One of our dogs has severe hip dysplasia, and the trainers were very mindful of her limitations and adjusted accordingly. The results have been amazing -- our dogs no longer pull, and walks are so much more enjoyable. The trainer also took time to thoroughly explain the techniques to us. We have already used two hours of the four follow-up hour sessions included with the program, with Ricky, in our home, and it was incredibly helpful. We look forward to the remaining sessions. It is within walking distance of work so I went in. They had a good selection of flavors and bag sizes of the food I needed. Pricing was similar to what I would pay if ordered online. Person at the front desk was so nice. We chatted about how I wasn't sure if this was their location as the photo on the website of their business did not look like the outside. I pulled it up on my phone and showed them and they identified it as a location in Arizona. Stated they would let their vendor know and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I would definitely stop back in if I need more food or other treats for my pups.

I signed up for a trip I was taking a few days later, and heard back quickly from Mira, letting me know that Steph would be contacting me to schedule a time to meet with me before I left. Steph was so nice and truly interested in all my cats habits and likes and dislikes. She even made sure she knew where the cat carrier was in case of an emergency. While I was on my trip, Steph would text me and send me pictures every time she went to visit, which truly put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy my vacation more. Even though my cat is very shy and does not easily come out and play with new people, Steph would still try and get me pictures and videos of whatever interaction she could get, just to let me know Miko was okay! It basically seemed like a super busy dog park with all the dogs in one place. When I'd pick up my pup, he was exhausted and not in a good way because he seemed too stressed to play, like he was relieved to be able to lie down to rest and was always extremely thirsty. This place is great for medium-large very social dogs, and again the staff is great. If they started separating dogs and utilizing their other yards I would go back.

They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind.
