Of the 3, V-Tile was the fastest to respond and quoted me less than half of the other companies, so moving forward with them was a no brainer. They were also very flexible with timing and we scheduled it for a Sunday morning from 9-10. On Sunday morning, we looked out the window at 8:40 and Vadim was already in the backyard working on it. But they have my money. I took out a Home Depot credit card specifically to pay for this project and have already made 3 monthly payments. I have no idea the status of my project other than the permit was finally obtained. They have ignored multiple emails and phone calls.
