Steve Jolles and the entire Homefront Insights team is fantastic to work with! It so hard these…read moredays to find a contractor that still has the key qualities I look for - honesty, fair prices, quality workmanship and consultative approach. Homefront is the only organization I've found locally that embodies all of these important qualities! His first job with us was to repair issues we were having with our flooring. Steve and his team took time to explain everything they were doing and why to us. This was a situation similar to another reviewer where we weren't sure what we would uncover as the reason for the issue since we have wall to wall carpeting so we understood from the outset that Steve's quote was based on best case scenario but he really worked extremely hard to keep his quote accurate in spite of some unforeseen issues. The other thing that impressed me so much about Homefront is that Steve has experts each with their own individual expertise working to ensure the best job is done. In our case, we had both carpeting professionals and construction professionals working together to not only ensure the flooring and subflooring was fixed but then brought in a professional carpet layer to make sure everything back even better than before! (Our carpeting had begun to develop some 'lumps' which were taken care of also - icing on the cake). If you are looking for an honest, no pressure, do what they say, fair priced contractor....Homefront Insights is really the only choice I know of in the area! Thanks again to the whole Home fronts team and we are looking forward to continuing to work with you to improve our home!

No response after the initial ok we will look into it. I hope the owner is ok and not sick. Very disappointed now we are back to the drawing board for finding a good contractor.

They delivered excellent craftsmanship and top notch design experience at a fair price. I initially hired Gerber to tune-up all my existing pavers, add a new paver driveway, and add some new path lighting. Adding the new driveway was somewhat of a challenge as the adjacent paver sidewalks were initially constructed over 10 years ago. So, Gerber was able to find a great match to my existing pavers and masterfully piece the new driveway together in such a fashion where old and new appear seamless. Amazing!!! During the process, we learned that his team also offered landscaping. So as the hardscaping and lighting was coming to an end, his team met with us for a design consultation. Both Kathy and Katherine brought some great experience/knowledge to assess our current situation and offered wonderful ideas to the overall design. We loved what we heard and proceeded with the landscaping work immediately. In the end, we could not be happier! And we look forward to using Gerber and his team should we have any additional hardscaping, landscaping, or lighting needs in the future.
