They scheduled me for a visit about a week later so an estimate could be provided. Then a day before the scheduled visit, they asked to reschedule it due to a personal reason. I agreed to reschedule. They showed up on the second appointment and provided me with a service quote and a proposed service date. I got back to them 2 days later confirming the service and was informed the previously proposed date was no longer available. They then proposed a new date in the morning which I agreed to it. 1 day before their schedule service date, they call asking to reschedule from morning to afternoon, which I also agreed to. Then on the date of service, they texted me 2 hours before their scheduled start time to attempt to reschedule for a different date. I let them know that I had made plans for the work to be done that day and that if not possible, then to cancel the whole thing. They weren't able to come out and the service was canceled at my request. A total of 3 weeks and a half went by with multiple service days agreed to and subsequently rescheduled on Pierce County Handyman's request. In the end, no work was done...
