Simply the best carpet and tile cleaning company we've ever used. My wife was unhappy with the discoloration of the grout in heavy traffic areas such as the kitchen and we'd had grout steam cleaned in the past and not overly impressed with the results. After talking to Bill at Doctor Steamer we decided to try the painting approach on the grout. After thoroughly cleaning the tile they then applied the grout paint color we had chosen and we couldn't be more pleased with the appearance. All the grout is now uniformly colored as if it had just been installed. Much more impressed than when we only had it steam cleaned and sealed in past. Of course only time will tell how it holds up, but after a week and a few spills you can tell the grout is holding up quite well. We couldn't be more pleased. As for Bill, you won't find a more personable, informed and meticulous person who obviously cares about his business AND his customers. Truly a great find thanks to other recommendations we had read on Yelp. We make the same 5 star recommendation! As an aside, we asked Bill about doing our leather couches after we had such great results with the tile and carpets. They were aging and had a yellow tinge from body oil, age, etc. We were planning on replacing them next year and didn't want to sink a lot of money into restoration...if it was even possible. He called and said he had another job near our home the following week and would be happy to "test" whether they could be salvaged. After some testing, we determined they could not. Cleaner, yes, but restoring the original color a "no go". But it was nice to do business with someone who puts the customer first and isn't afraid to say you might not get the results you want up front before you pay to find out. Give them a try. I have lived in my house 13 years and have never had the tile cleaned and have had multiple carpet cleaners come and go. Bill, the owner, explained the importance of keeping all my floors clean without pressure or guilt. By the time he explained his process and the length of time he would spend on my home I knew he was going to be my new best friend! Bill showed up promptly when he said he would. He took extra precautions to prepare the house for the cleaning, he used corner guards, covered my appliances and wore booties the entire time they were in my home. They began the job at 8 am and didn't leave until well in to the afternoon. My floors looked AMAZING! I thought they snuck and replaced all the carpet and tile while I was out! My house smells amazing, my children's allergies are almost nonexistent and best of all it's almost six months later and my flooring is still clean! Bill did an excellent job as always! The carpets in our house looked horrible after renters had been in the house for over 2 years. He recommended a deep cleaning (which was obviously needed), spent hours working on the carpets in detail, and they look so much better - good enough that we did not need to replace them before putting the house on the market. It's been 6 years since I had my tile cleaned and I was uncertain about the results. I have heard many of my neighbors complain about other tile and grout cleaners as not doing a very good job. Finally, the dirt wore down my resistance, and I hired Bill at Doctor Steamer. I was SOOO Pleased! All the grout is clean and the same color everywhere! This company is amazing. We have a ton of dog-related stains in 2 rooms of our house. Accidents and vomit that I have tried using industrial cleaners and machines and it never really worked. Bill was great. He arrived when he said and got to work. He was very nice and personable. He went above and beyond to get my tile as clean as possible. A 3 hour job turned into a 5 1/2 hour job due to previously color sealed grout. He did not cut corners even after spending a lot of time on the stubborn areas.
