I had the most wonderful experience at this car wash. Excellent customer service and world class service, that most establishments lack. This all began due to a broken track at the car wash back in early August 2024. I had already paid and had been sitting waiting my turn to enter the tracks for the wash itself. However when it came time for me to move on to the tracks the tracks snapped and was had lodged itself below the surface. The manager Eddie offered all of those in line a rain check and a free upgrade on the next visit. Now fast forward to October of 2024. I returned to the car wash as I remembered this situation and I hoped the staff would remember too. I walk over to one of the employees and he points me to the direction of the manager and lo and behold Eddie was there again. I explained my situation about the prior visit, and with a smile and a hand shake Eddie reaches out and says "Thank you for coming back" and states he did in fact remember the day it happened and the promise he made. I was shocked that even months after the incident he still tempered and followed thru with his promise. I used to love this car wash so much! The owner is super sweet. But the workers that he recently hired, for lack of better words suck! I used to recommend everyone to docs car wash but now I drive 10 minutes further to get better service. I'm actually a great tipper but the last two times I've gone it makes me not want to tip at all. This is a real person, not paid nor made up.. Car Toys you should have your brain looked at. The worst service ever and do not get monthly you have to cancel the card to make it go away. I have given them the slack for three months, very inconsistent car wash, I do not get what I paid for each time. The location of Docs, just outside Music City Mall in Lewisville was very convenient so I was looking forward to trying it. After 3 separate visits, I've given up. Barring something really, really bad occurring, I always like to give any business 3 tries before I review. Well, Doc's had its 3 tries. I spent between $12 and $19 each time. So not cheap. What bothered me the most was the fact that, after I paid that, and basically drove my car through the wash, it wasn't always clean. My car is kept in a garage and I don't drive it off road, or wait a long time between washes. I don't drive a big car/van. I drIve a smaller sedan. You would think that this big machine, that I paid $19 to drive through, could handle it. After all, I've spent years going through gas station drive throughs that were much smaller and cost about 1/2 that. My results, 2 of the 3 washes left my car still dirty along the rear bumper, trunk and lower on the carriage. For me, a waste of money. read more

I have taken my truck here for a wash several times. My favorite wash is the Doc's full service premium wash; for $30 my truck looks just about new: inside & out. However, I have gotten the $10 dollar wash (just the machine) and left with an unsatisfactory wash. "Free" vacuums are pretty average. Waiting room is small and hot. No wifi. Clean restroom. I recommend trying this place out, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. read more

Went there around 4:30 yesterday. Watched them wipe down my car. Even tipped . Got in and all looked ok. Got down the road and couldn't see through any of my windows on the right side of my car. The car is just OK I paid for the full detail 70$ and soon after I left I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my car. The cup holder the main spot for dirt was still dirty and the windshield had streaks. Poor service I requested a hand car wash and detailed car wax. My 2009 MBZ suffered from hard water spotting and a good buffing would remove the water spots. For 80.00 I got the worst car detail in North Texas. I was surprised that the quality of the service e was far below my expectations I almost wanted to $%## at somebody. I came by to get my car detailed while my kids were playing next-door. That part was very convenient. Overall the time through the process was not too bad. However I did find a couple of areas where they missed and overall I did not feel that the attention to detail and cleanliness was the best. Based on this I would not return and would not recommend. Absolutely horrible service. Good luck trying to get the attention of anyone or any help, even with the purchase of extra services. We purchased a monthly package that included some interior detailing. After months of having it we have never been able to utilize it because the employees kept telling us it was too busy. One of the reasons we purchased the monthly pass was because the wash is so inefficient that it requires at least 2 passes to clean the car, and if you want the back cleaned? Get out a rag and clean it yourself. We canceled our service last month and confirmed its cancellation again this Sunday, but instead these con artists continue to charge me for a service they never followed through on. Never again will I take my car here and you better bet I will be contesting the charges. read more

I bought a car wash on Tuesday, and an unexpected rain shower popped up later that afternoon. I came back to get a rewash, as most reputable car washes offer. The large man at the kiosk said they don't do that. I asked why not since other places did. At this point, he became argumentative and said, "Nowhere in Lewisville!" I told him, "Actually, Kwik Kar and Hydrowash on FM 3040." He says, "Well, they're not competition." Well, guess what, Doc? They ARE competition and provide much better customer service than you! Eh. Decided to get a car wash after seeing this location along my route. Friendly staff, but the car wash pretty was low quality. I paid for the $15 wash to get the vacuum amenities afterwards, and the vacuums had hardly any suction at all... so I couldn't really get dirt out of hard to reach areas. Paid 30.00 + 10.00 tip for interior and exterior wash. Where to begin? Streaks from dirty rag inside and out, had to redo when I got home. When conditioning interior they did about half job everywhere. There is a clear line in the places they missed. Won't be back, I expect decent work for 40.00 and it ended up really shitty. read more

I decided to give this place a try since I am new to the area. I paid 22 and some change to have it washed and hand dried, conditioned etc., I have noticed several spots that were missed. Such as the whole front end of my car. I even walked up to the car and was able to smudge some of the gunk off with my thumb... They were nice, but attention to detail was awful. My steering wheel wasn't wiped down either... I have several scratches that I did not notice before now on my car as well.
