I was really craving a lobster roll and was so thrilled to find a Dock Local right inside Legacy Hall!!! One: because it was so close to my hotel but two.. mostly because it meant I could grab delicious seafood AND a sweet dessert somewhere else in the hall all in one trip without having to brave the heat again twice! I ordered the Connecticut lobster roll, which is served warm with melted garlic butter and chives on a toasted split-top bun. I paired it with a yummy side of french fries. The roll was so perfectly delicious and tasted amazingly fresh.. Im drooling just thinking about it. It was so fantastic and even better with a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice in each bite! I don't eat my seafood with butter (any seafood), so having that lemon on hand made it just right. I didn't care much for the pickles on that come on the side but I'm sure others might. The french fries were also the ultimate crispy accompaniment to round out the meal. The counter service staff wasn't super overly friendly, but the food itself was so great that I really can't complain--plus, in a fun, bustling food hall setup where you're just ordering at the counter and walking away, you really only need a quick transaction anyway. I want to say the name of the lobster roll I ordered was called, the deluxe roll (not pictured). But I could be wrong. I may have forgotten the name, but I do know for $30 this roll was quite good and well worth the price. The sauce was good, with sliced avocado was a nice combination. The other roll I ordered was a regular roll, this one I didn't care for too much. It was more on the dry side, but I really was impressed with how much lobster chucks both rolls had. I love dock local! Every time hubby and I come to legacy hall to eat this is our first stop! There portions are huge here compared to cousins and other seafood spots in Vegas where we're from. You definitely get your moneys worth! His favorite is the lobster rolls, he dips it in fresh butter and its chefs kiss.
