I got a small movie theatre flavor popcorn and it was incredible generous for the price! They also had cold bottled water which was very much needed on the lawn. Popcorn was fresh and delicious, I was so pleasantly surprised! They have a wide array of flavors on display and they pop fresh at the back of the truck, which is very cool and makes everything smell amazing. I also tried a sample of a strawberry flavor that they made for ads for a fringe show, which was also delicious. So I'd recommend trying any flavor that peaks your interest! The folks running the truck we're very friendly and helpful.

I loved the taste so much and the tadpole was the perfect size to satisfy a sweet craving without overindulging. I appreciate that there is a window to walk up and order as well as outside tables if you want to sit outside and enjoy the fun atmosphere. PLUS they ship across the country! *Perfect gift idea* I've gotten bags of Project Pop at local pop-up markets (and got to chat with the owner, Chauniqua Major,) as well as online, and as a special delivered gift from a friend. Either way I've gotten it, one thing is true: It's a unique and special snack. According to their website, "organic, non-GMO kernels are popped in small batches using organic virgin coconut oil. We keep it real with simple, vegan ingredients - no preservatives here. We use the perfect amount of organic cane sugar and Himalayan pink salt, for a light and balanced flavor." -- YES PLZ. The end result is a delicate, sweet and salty treat with a hint of coconut. It's unlike any kettle corn I've ever had before and I dare anyone to start snacking on them and not get hooked. Pro tip: Pour some in a bowl because otherwise you'll stuff your face in one sitting. They're that good. Beyond the product, the owner (and maker of this deliciousness) has a real focus on community. Check out the company's IG (@eatprojectpop) and see their many community initiatives- for example donating money from every bag purchased for a certain time to a food bank to feed kids during COVID. Love the biz. Love the quality product. Love that they ship anywhere in the US. Love that it's local.
