We came across Ms Bee's during the Light Up Winter Garden event this month. It was absolute best popcorn we had ever eaten. I had the Movie Theater Butter and my friend had the Cheddar corn...we just loved both varieties. I'm thinking of making a run to Clermont to visit their store to pick up some things for Christmas. I decided to stop by here to get some saltwater taffy as gifts. The customer service was good. It's nice that they have ingredient labels on all the taffies. There are also multiple package options for the taffies. The only issue is that, for some of the taffy flavors, a lot of the taffies are partially melted, so it took a lot of time to sort through the find the ones I liked that weren't melted. While I was there I did notice that sunlight does come directly into the shop, which is probably why they're melting, not sure if they need shade or kept in a cooler spot. The taffies still taste good. I'll probably try their popcorn next time. read more

Ms Bee's reopened in the Clermont Publix shopping center. The popcorn is just as tasty as ever and the taffy is delicious. Both have numerous flavor options. Free samples are available to help you make the best choice. I made another go with their fudge and was very pleased. The rocky road was fresh and loaded with marshmallows. The second I left Ms. Bee's on Sunday, I was already coming up with new excuses to return. Ms. Bee's is a gourmet popcorn and bulk candy store located in the center of downtown Winter Garden, and it is everything you could want from a neighborhood sweets store. The employees were so kind--the woman that attended my boyfriend and I gave us suggestions of what to taste, and was generous in the portions that she gave us to try out. In situations where I try out some of a shop's wares, I'm always concerned that I'm going to be pressured by the employees to buy something. That wasn't the case here at all, but even so we walked away with two bags full of different kinds of the gourmet goodness. Ms. Bee's has a huge variety of popcorn to try, from the classics like caramel corn to more exotic flavors like sriracha or tuxedo chocolate. I'd highly suggest taking advantage of their free tastings to find the ones you like best. If you get larger than a "mini" size, then you can get two different flavors in a bag, which I thought was a great deal! The bags aren't inexpensive, but the quality is outstanding, and the amount of fun that I had in my short visit made the prices worth the whole experience. read more

This. Place. I had no idea it existed until somewhat recently. This is probably better for me, given the intake of calories I've had since being introduced to it. Whether you're looking for popcorn or fun, vintage candy, this is a great stop for you and your family! I came across candy I hadn't seen sold in years (sour straws, gummies, etc) But, the popcorn is out of this world! You can get various sizes, and they have popcorn tin options as well which make for a great gift. They had some sports teams represented, but they told me they could order custom tins if you call and request it. The flavors are phenomenal. I'm more of a savory popcorn person, so I love their buffalo popcorn (warning: it definitely has a kick to it ) their cheddar is also DELICIOUS, and I had their special flavor: beer/cheese last time I was there. SO GOOD! They can also mix flavors together. Did I mention they have jamming music playlists? When I was there, it was a blend of 80s/90s tunes, which I very much appreciated. Cute old fashioned candy store which specializes in a variety of different flavored homemade popcorns. Candy is sold by the pound. You choose which kind you'd like and then they weigh it for you; its $9.00 a pound, which is steep. However, they had some really cool gummy candies that I have never seen before like jelly filled gummy turtles and gummy octopuses. I also like the variety of homemade saltwater taffy they had like the traditional watermelon, grape, cherry, chocolate, but also flavors I've never seen before like chocolate chip cookie, cupcake, raspberry lemonade, and maple bacon. They were all quite good, I must admit. When on vacation, I'm willing to splurge but they had a box of milk duds for sale for $2.25 that I just saw at Walmart for $.88 yesterday. I worked with Ms. Bee's popcorn for my wedding last March and I can't believe people have put on here that she has bad service because she was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Really annoyed! I love the gifts I can get in this place, but I can only get here on a Sunday. Posted hours are open until 4 PM. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE 4 an the place is closed. I travel over 40 minutes to get here and it is quite frustrating that the shop is closed. I have also encountered a young employee who couldn't calculate the weight if some items and became combative when I attempted to explain in multiple ways what I wanted. If I didn't love the gift ideas and possibilities as much as I do, I would definitely not give this candy shop three stars. When a business is unreliable with their advertised hours making it unfair to a consumer who counts on that to be true, they had better hope their product can redeem. They also need to fine tune their customer service a bit with perhaps a basic math class to those young employees they employee? read more

Spent a little time wondering plant Street with the family a few nights ago, and was pulled in against my will by the delicious smell of this store. Once inside I was trapped and I knew it. If it wasn't for the allure of irresistible treats holding me in, it was my 3 kids. Even though they hadn't finished their dinner they were miraculously hungry again. There's a fun coincidence. We had a great conversation with Gayle in which we discussed prices on their gourmet popcorn and sampled a few flavors. She also gave us some info on their wide selection of gift baskets. She was very friendly and helpful in a selection process. We left with white chocolate popcorn, kettle corn, and two different types of fudge for the kids. A nice selection of gourmet popcorn in the Orlando area, with a very friendly staff. They offer endless amounts of samples for customers to try before buying, which is great. I fell in love with their version of peanut butter and chocolate drizzle, it's fantastic. There are a few Savory / cheese flavors that I enjoyed but unfortunately they don't stay as fresh as long. Within a few days they started to significantly lose their freshness. As a certified gourmet popcorn fanatic their prices are on Trend with every other shop that I have been to. Fortunately though, they often have Groupons ranging between 40 and 50% off. The shop also carries a variety of candy which I never even pay attention to because I'm so focused in on the popcorn. They have tons of amazing popcorn flavors to choose from. They also have a wide assortment of bulk candies and saltwater taffy. It's a really cute shop and the ladies working there are helpful. They'll even let you sample the popcorn flavors. We tried several flavors. Watermelon, key lime, grape, coconut, green apple,blueberry, and peanut butter drizzle. I have not received customer service this bad in a really long time. We went on this past Saturday. I will say that it was really busy, as you would expect on a Saturday, but the person manning the counter was rude and uninformed. We went to order party favors for my son's birthday and she acted like she did not want to talk to us or see us or have our business... like we were bothering her. She didn't know the price, she didn't know minimum order amount and at one point said "we can do up to 400 for 1 event" like our 12 bags were unimportant to her. This was extremely disappointing because we had a previous experience that was filled with friendliness. While the product is good there is almost no chance we will be returning after the way we were treated. You would think a local small business would welcome all customers instead of pushing them away. read more

This is a little corner shop full of goodies. The popcorn is great. I got a mini bag of the special which has chocolate, caramel, coconut...it's really tasty. I tried the white chocolate caramel and the dark sea salt caramel popcorn and they're both really good. The cheddar and caramel mix is actually very close to the famous Chicago popcorn I buy at the airport...which means it is freaking good!!! We stopped in 30 min before they were closing. The shoppe wasn't busy a few little patrons here and there. We were able to sample a few before we made our purchase. The girls (not the owner) seemed a little annoyed. I was with people who had been there before and they even said that it was out of the ordinary for this sort of attitude. The shoppe has tubs lined up on top of the shelvings of NFL and NCAA teams, which can be purchased and filled (for an extra cost) with your popcorn of choice.They offer candy as well as taffy. The only downfall of this place was they are super expensive. 2 Snack packs ( 6 cups each) was about $20. They have plenty of options when it comes to popcorn, whether you like regular cheese/butter to candy coated or even gourmet popcorn. It said on the sign they sold fudge too but I didn't see any displayed, probably sold out. Will I return? Perhaps if I am in the area and have a hankering for sweets. read more

This is a great little sweet/popcorn shop in downtown Winter Garden. It took a little while for us to get some help but when we did the gentleman working patiently brought us about half a dozen popcorn flavors to try. I thought the prices were a bit steep, especially for the gourmet varieties but they sure were tasty. As others have said loaded baked potato was a favorite (cheese, chives AND bacon!) and we got a small bag of that. We also got a snack size of both cheddar cheese and birthday cake. This is a really cool place. It is clean and well organized. They gave us a couple of samples of the popcorn and they were really good. Unfortunately we got a piece of fudge. The problem was it seemed very old. The outside was really dried out and the wrapper stuck to it. When I peeled it off, a bunch of the fudge came with it. Also, the texture inside was not very good. It wasn't nearly firm enough. I would give it another chance, the popcorn seemed pretty good. read more
