I decided to do that so he could try several flavors. I also got some cheese and cheddar popcorn that I would eat so I could help him eat some of it. However, it was still A LOT of popcorn! I got him Blueberry, Grape, Blue Raspberry and Confetti popcorn. He liked the Confetti best, and he liked how they were all different flavors. I personally don't even like the sound of candy flavored popcorn. I tried a few pieces of his, and it didn't change my mind. The cheese popcorns were good, but no better that something I could buy at the grocery store for $3. Somewhere on the website I think it said the popcorn stays free for 2-3 weeks. We had popcorn left long after that, and my husband still ate it and said it still tasted fine. I ordered it as a gift for him, so I just figured if he didn't get to eat all of it, we'd just throw it away. It was nice that it lasted longer than expected. And when it came it was packed very well, and the whole box smelled like popcorn! Actually, our whole pantry smelled like popcorn for a month, lol! This was nice to do as a one time thing. I don't think I'd do it again, or if I did, I'd just get the Confetti kind and pay the shipping. It would be nice if the shipping was a little lower. I could get a whole bag of popcorn for the shipping cost, which was why I decided to order it the way I did. He liked it, and that's what mattered.

Really cool place with really cool people. A family based company, that definitively earns my…read morebusiness. The popcorn is good, tasty, with very good flavors, and they sell it in different sizes. There is a large variety, over 30 flavors, maybe, I don't know how to count. There is also premium corn kernels to make your own popcorn at home.

They had option of soul bowls for $5dollars. This was the best soul food I had in a long time. EVERYTHING tasted good from the yams, collard greens, baked beans 10/10. The young lady in the front was helpful and energetic. There was a line so depending on the time you go you may wait up to 15mins to be able to order nothing long. We didn't dine in because it was closed and there was a sign that says it's open on Sundays. We took the food Togo. The area is a little tight but you can decide if you want to stay or do takeout.

Unfortunately, I can't review the food because despite the listed business hours on Google and…read moreYelp, we arrived in a paid Lyft to find the restaurant closed. In today's tech driven world, something as simple as updating your Google Business profile with "Hours may vary," temporarily changing your hours, or posting a notice on your social media could have prevented customers from wasting time and money. While we waited for another Lyft, multiple people from a large conference I was attending showed up expecting the restaurant to be open. Even more heartbreaking was watching an older couple arrive on foot, one of whom was blind and relying on a guide, only to find a locked door. As someone who intentionally supports Black owned businesses whenever I can, this was genuinely disappointing. I wanted to spend my money here. My hope is that the owners take this as constructive feedback because customer service begins long before someone places an order. Communication is part of the experience. A few simple improvements could make a huge difference: *Keep Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and delivery platforms updated with accurate hours. * If closing unexpectedly, post the update across all platforms as soon as possible. * Leave a clearly visible sign that one doesn't have to squint and get out of a car to read with the "reason" for the closure and the date and time you'll reopen. No reason being listed was more frustrating. * Pin the closure announcement to social media so customers see it before making the trip. * Consider enabling voicemail with updated hours for customers who call ahead. I truly hope to return one day and actually experience the food. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this visit ended before it ever began! DO BETTER!
