I was especially excited about the deep fried onions with a special dipping sauce. I like the salsa well I asked for more of it to go with my egg fried rice. I also had the four skewers of steak and it was very tender and I use the special dipping sauce for that as well. Desserts were very interesting. Some people had mango ginger beignets. They were certainly interesting and different. I had strawberry beignets. They had cream in the center and I will include photos. Also, a special note was the dragon fruit Mojito a cocktail that I had never had before, and it had some leaves of mint added which made it even more interesting. I will definitely order this again The decor has been remodeled. It's very nice. Our server did an excellent job as well.

My wife and I recently tried Alley Street Eats, a new Pan Asian restaurant on Rosewood Drive near…read morethe intersection of Garners Ferry Rd/Devine. The restaurant is located in a building that has previously housed a number of different restaurants, more recently a Eric's San Jose. We tried a variety of small plates that had a dim sum quality to them: Bulgogi Kimchi Fries; Sichuan Wontons; Beef Bulgogi Bao; Gochujang Crispy Chicken Bao; Shrimp Toast; and Kimchi Egg Fried Rice. Everything was delicious except the Fried Rice which was was disappointing. The Bao was outstanding as were both the Wontons and the Fries. But the highlight was the Shrimp Toast which may not be a regular menu item but was available this evening that we dined there. The decor is attractive with a lot of Chinese lanterns hanging from the ceiling. Parking can prove to be an issue as has it has been the past with previous restaurants in that spot. It appeared that workers parked in a lot of the spots behind the restaurant which limits where customers can park. Fortunately, there is a bank beside the restaurant, so customers can use that lot as well. We were impressed with Alley Street Eats and will be returning soon!
