Old Weller Antique store pick from J&F Bar Supplies in West Cola. Blantons.

We have eaten at Figaro the restaurant for years, but this was our first experience at Bar Figaro. We stopped by at the recommendation of Mary, (Figaro manager), due to some additional allocated bourbons they had. It was 3p on a Saturday, so not many others were day drinking with us. Had several great pours, at what I would say are comparable prices to other places around SC. All 3 gentleman working were nice and willing to chat. Chef Michael was great to talk to, and we promised him a visit back to sample his food. Don't miss out on a beautiful bar and some great bourbon. Make the stop!

Great atmosphere and awesome bartenders like a trip back to the days of pre prohibition bars.

We started with the deviled eggs which seemed like they didn't even try to add flavor. Only one person in the group ordered steak which was not cooked to the order, and was completely unevenly prepared. Two people in the group ordered the burger which were ordered as medium and came overly well done. The prices are the only high end items on the menu. I have no problem paying for a decent meal, however the Chophouse of Chapin needs to address the food quality. I would advise to go elsewhere for your dinner plans.

Not sure about the music selection, as we dove right into scanning the menu and enjoying the options. We had the Japanese fried chicken (3.5/6) and the Prosciutto Wrapped Fontina (6/6) would definitely order again as it was delicious. We selected the butchers board (6/6) with asparagus & bacon mac and cheese for our sides - medium rare of course. The spread was delicious. We had a mule and a blueberry spritz to accompany the meal. As the sun set, the locations lights seemed to dim as well, ramping up the intimate feel. Server checked in multiple times (her name is Victoria Batte). Ordered crème brûlée for dessert and left stuffed.

We love trying new spots and my guy found a menu he liked, so we went to Euphoria on Halloween (a…read moreFriday night), not knowing anything but the menu. The vibe inside is very Eden meets 90s lounge, and the music is R&B chill. I was jamming very song so that's a +++. We were greeted right away and service was like that all night. The staff was the best part! They were friendly, attentive, and all in costume (which was cute). I revived drink recommendations and tried 2. Both were good. Purple Rain (smoother) and the Blackberry Lemon Drop (sharper). There are many more that look delicious, too, so I'll try more one day. We started with the collard green dip appetizer and that was our favorite food item. It was served with seasoned (and warm!) pita chips. I only wish it was a little thicker. Our entrees had good portions and came out hot. I enjoyed the jerk salmon overall but wish the meat itself had its own flavor too. The jerk did it all in this case. The collard greens were good to me (my guy wished for less salt/seasoning). My guy had the lamb chops, greens, and mashed potatoes. He was okay with everything but not in love with anything but that dip! All in all I think we will return to try more of the menu and I'll certainly be back to try the cocktails.

My wife had the Cajun chicken Alfredo, which was also outstanding--rich, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. We also tried the sweet potato cornbread, which was wonderful and a definite standout. Both of our cocktails were well made and complemented the meal nicely. On top of the great food and drinks, the service was excellent--attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. We'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this restaurant.
