First time visiting this dental office. I had Kayla as a hygienist and she was great. I got a little nervous going to a new office since in the past my mouth was left very sore after a routine dental cleaning. They made me feel at ease and I definitely feel less nervous about the dentist moving forward. I even scheduled my next cleaning lol. Overall great experience and I would recommend anyone in the Tempe area to go to this dental office. Didn't feel like I was being up charged or sold anything I didn't need. All the staff seem to get along really great by the way they talk to each other and makes you feel like you're not in some stuffy dental office. read more

I HATE the dentist! But they don't make it that bad. Good service and they take the time to explain to me what they are doing.

Truly a poorly run business as a whole. As a customer you are bombarded with messages, emails, and phone calls reminding you that you have an appointment for weeks leading up to the point that it is ridiculous. Once you have your appointments they are happy to have you sit either in their waiting room until some one can be bothered with your presence. The countless staff at the desk are too concerned with their nails, or their phones to be bothered to say "Someone will be with you shortly, we are sorry for the wait" Then once someone can be bothered to see you there is no apology there from them either. I can accept that this happened once, but this has happened now on 3 trips in a row. The latest, I was taken back 10 minutes late, then numbed for my procedure, then proceeded to sit and wait nearly an hour for someone, and finally just left since I have things to do beyond waiting to get dental work done. At my leaving, and calling back to ensure that I was not charged, no apology from any staff member what so ever. Maybe this is the new norm, and I have high expectations but I would feel that a medical professionals office would be more prompt than scheduling the cable company to come out. When you make an appointment, that's an appointment. Maybe they should change their appointments to some time between 3 and 5, so bring a book... Moral of the story is, if you have anything to do in a day beside sit in this office, find a new dentist, and do not waste your time. I wish that I could give them 0 stars. read more

Excellent practice. This place really eases your mind when you're scared of going to the dentist. They will never scold or make you feel bad about not taking care of your teeth. Shout out the hygienist Kayla for being so fun and talented. I would fully disagree with anyone saying a dentist or staff here is unfriendly! They are a technologically savvy office which makes everything smooth! I'm doing Invisalign now and it's great! Recommend! read more

Had such a wonderful experience with Do Good Dental! I got Zoom whitening as well as 6 veneers on my top 6 front teeth. Both turned out amazing!! Worked mainly with Dr. Webb and his care and attention to detail made all the difference. I wanted a natural style that unless I told you I had veneers, you wouldn't be able to tell really. Especially in a world where veneers are getting more popular, it's important to know that your investment is with someone that will do it correctly and take the care in making them look great with your face shape and last! Been coming here since it was Lydian dental. I was a huge fan of Lydian. Referred countless people here. I've had ceramic braces on myself and my niece here when it was Lydian. I was really surprised it's no longer Lydian dental. They were always packed and everyone was super nice. I decided to just stay with the company that took over and give it a chance. Bad idea.. Should've known right away when the employees started to bail out. Today I don't recognize anyone. I've had a few billing issues since. Which is weird because my appointments since have been routine only. I got a random bill in the mail for an X-ray. Literally 7 months after my appointment lol. My insurance told me they did my X-ray too early and wasn't covered. I wish DoGood would've told me this before they took my X-ray. I would've appreciated the option instead of a surprise bill in the mail. Or at least a courtesy call to give me the heads up. I never experienced any billing issues when it was Lydian. Even with 2 people getting ortho work. Another thing that is very noticeable is the lack of diversity. Before this place was packed with people who all looked different. Today everyone was blond. There's even a large screen in the waiting room that shows the drs social media feed which spotlights clients. Every person was a blond blue eyed female. Interesting there aren't other types of clients to "spotlight" on his social media. read more

Prior to them changing their name, they were Lydian Dental. I had been a patient there for several years and loved going there. My family were patients there as well. i absolutely loved the care and time I received from Dr. Brodie Cook (he is no longer there) and many of the hygenists. Dr. Webb was also amazing. The front office staff when they were Lydian was incredible-patient, kind and willing to work with the patients. However, that is no longer true! The new front office staff is not knowledgable, they got my appointment times wrong more than once and also messed up my billing and gave me many excuses as to why. I understand the world has been dealing with a pandemic, but people are still working and other medical offices have managed to do their billing with no issues. I am no longer their patient and i would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Highly recommend you look elsewhere. The owner Dr. Webb is rude and will try to oversell everything and make you pay for things you don't need. His partners Dr. DJ and Dr. Nadia are fantastic and the only reason I stayed for so long and the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. This office will also mess up billing EVERY visit. They always quote you wrong for every service and have billed my insurance for services they never performed multiple times. The office manager is terrible and will refuse to speak with you and makes her front office staff do her job. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

First off the dentist and hygienist are great. Their billing department is very poor quality. My coworkers had this same issue. I understand coverage for insurance is an estimated amount, but it's not usually off by 500 plus dollars after treatment is done. They quoted me for treatment , I signed it and then they did the crown. After treatment I go to front desk and boom my tooth was now closer to 900... I ran my credit card and couldn't believe that was a big mistake in coverage. I handled it, then 2 weeks later I had to pay another 100 or so which I set up payments for and now today have another random bill. This has never happened before at any dental place until now. They need to figure out insurance coverage. read more

I have not been to a dentist facility in awhile and this spot exceeded my expectation. Very nice and clean facility. Glad I found my go to and will be forever dentist family. They are spectacular. I was referred to Do Good by a friend and I am so glad I went! I had pain in my back tooth and I decided to give them a try. Dr. Djurdjic was so friendly and took the time to explain what was going on. Everybody else was super friendly and welcoming as well. As far as Covid precautions are concerned everything was very clean, only myself and another patient in opposite corners of the lobby. The office itself is again very clean and modern too. read more
