First, these guys quoted me the lowest price of about 6 highest rated companies here. Second, the owner answered my messages so quickly and was patient with all of my questions. I called him 2 days before I needed the service and he scheduled me for the exact day and time I asked. Fast forward to my move day. They called and asked if they could come earlier which was great for me. Carlos showed up with a bunch of tools. He came in and I showed him what I had and what I wanted. He explained things about my mount and listened to where I wanted the mount and why. He added his suggestions which were much appreciated. If I was asking for something that might turn out ugly or not in a good spot, he would explain why it wasn't a good idea BUT he never made me feel like I was wrong or like he wouldn't do what I asked. He would have mounted it on the ceiling if that's what I wanted. He mounted a 50 inch TV and a 2 component shelf in probably 45 minutes. He even helped me with my DVD player problem and showed me to use the firestick without wires showing. I can't have them mount without wires because I live in an apartment complex and we aren't allowed to rewire and put holes in the walls. Anyway, he told me exactly what to do to cover the wires the best. I felt really comfortable with him and he was so helpful. He really went above and beyond. I literally cannot understand any review that says anything negative about him. I can't see him being anything but pleasant and willing to help even if you have outrageous or dumb ass requests. I've already referred someone to him and he's only been gone a half hour. From the owner to the technician, my experience was completely hassle free and I'm very happy with my mount and the service I was provided. He also stated that I would be receiving updates from the technician throughout the day so we would have a time frame/ idea when he would show up. Recieved ZERO updates. So here's the deal. I bought a refurbished 65" Vizio 4K HHTV on eBay and it went bad, so I got another one to replace it (That's another Yelp review for another time). So I needed to have it swapped out with a new one. Now, I'm pretty good at stuff, but I don't really have the skill set nor the trust in myself to swap those two humongus TVs. My usually TV install place was closed for two weeks, so I really didn't know where to turn .... well, I knew where to turn, but in the heat of the moment, I forgot about my old friend Yelp. So there I was freaking out about having two 65" TVs in my house at the same time (first world problems, I know). I wanted them swapped out the same day the new one was being delivered. Impossible, you say? Read on, Constant Reader. I got on Yelp, and found this place. I called DND Telecom the morning the new TV was due to arrive and thought that "maybe" there was a chance they could come out that day. Well what do you know? Dave said he was going to be out in my area and would totally come by and swap them out. Are you kidding me? Who in this industry does same day appointments? Apparently DND does, if they are in the area. How freaking awesome is that? Dave showed up just as he said he would and he did they whole job by himself. I couldn't believe that he was able to wrangle those TVs by himself, but he did. And best of all, I didn't hear any of those "uh-oh" and "ooops" that could sometimes be associated with big screen TV installs. It was perfect, fast, and precise. Dave was super friendly, helpful, and cleaned up after himself. I will totally use them again! Now I had two awesome installers in my black book of honest TV installation companies. Texted me a few options to choose from, accommodated me, and, told me one of their best technicians would be at my home. Within a few minutes, I received a phone call from DND Telecom's best technician, Carlos. He wanted to let me know he was finishing up with a prior customer and that he would be heading my way. My husband found this company on yelp and they are five star. Carlos came to mount a 43 inch TV outside in our patio area in our backyard. He had excellent customer service , very professional and was very friendly. He came at 8 am On a rainy Saturday morning. His work was so clean you can't see any wires hanging down from the tv at all. He ran a wire along the top of the covered patio and it blends in so well you can barely see it. The TV looks like it's floating in mid air. I would definitely recommend this company and Carlos to mount any Size television inside or outside. DND just completed a large project at our new home. We mounted several TV's, installed an in-wall 5.1 system and also in-ceiling speakers. I got about 10 quotes in preparation for this project. Some quotes were twice as much as DND while others were slightly cheaper. We ended up deciding to go with DND since they are licensed, boned and seemed like nice people to work with. Glad we made that decision as Dave and his team (Mike, Dave, Moose) worked very hard (one day until 1am) in order to finish the project on time. They are very professional and it shows in their work. Everyone that walks through our house is just amazed at the sound quality, picture quality and how they can't tell where the walls were cut into feed the wires. We are definitely using DND in few months for our outdoor sound system installation. Bottom line - if you want the cheapest then DND is not the solution. Said they would be at my home at about 3:15pm called at 4:15 to see why they were running late and he said he was at another job.... Carlos came to our house to mount a 60 inch TV to the back wall of our entertainment unit and hide all the wires. He worked pretty hard and made me nervous when I heard all the power tools cutting down stairs. When Carlos finished with the mount and showed me what he cut to hide the wires, I was totally OK with it. He installed junction boxes that made the job look very clean and professional, he ran the wires down the wall through those junction boxes and reconnected everything to the surround sound, Blue Ray player and TV. I assisted him in hanging the TV on the mount since it was pretty heavy for one guy then he secured it with straps to the mount. The finished product was a very professional installation, Carlos took pictures of the finished product to post on their web site.
