They looked at everything and decided to take 2 water samples. One was going to be dropped off that day locally and one mailed out. I should hear something in a week approximately. 3 weeks later I received the local report after numerous emails to get information from them. The water report was for a house in Gervais not mine. Never received the second one and when I pointed out it wasn't my water report I was told " Water testing is not a service we normally provide, and we did this as a one-time courtesy to try to help you--something we don't typically do for other customers. Since the issue with the report happened on the lab's end, any corrections or additional questions will need to be addressed directly with them" They sent me a quote based on the wrong report, 3 weeks after their visit and then tell me I need to call the lab!! Well there you go. I obviously won't be spending my money with them. Ever.

The quote showed in an hour, was detailed, and more importantly - fair compared to some. We agreed on a solution. He had an opening the next day, and I was happy we could get this going quickly. This isn't what usually happens... When we met the next day I told Isaiah that I reconsidered and I want the outlet in a different place. I asked for a new quote, which cam on the spot, and was fair, again. Isaiah completed the work in a couple of hours, we tested it, it worked as expected and we parted. The place was left spotless. The guy did it in about an hour, which is what I expected. He asked if I had anything else, and I mentioned that I'd like 2 new outlets on the other side of the wall from an existing g light switch. He said it was quick and easy since the light switches were right there. I asked about the cost and he said it would be quick and it would just be his time. The work was solid. The communication was not. I received a shockingly high bill with additional charges that had not previously been discussed. In effect charged me almost $400 to install those 2 outlets just on the other side of the same wall. No attic, crawlspace, or panel work. I emailed them asking about the high fees and extra charges, she said that was standard for them. I paid the bill and then went to leave a review. I would not have had him do the outlets had I known, and would have ended the job with the pendent lights. When I left a review reflecting this experience, they accused me of trying to convince them to do work without a permit, putting their license in jeopardy. Completely false - I only questioned the permit fees when I received the bill, as no one had mentioned it. The level of customer service, lack of communication, and vindictiveness was shocking. Would not use them again because of this.
