Their guy was there in less than two hours. Greg was very professional and helpful with any questions I had. This saved us thousands of dollars, major headaches, and safeguarded our crawl space for years to come. While in our crawl space, they noticed a dryer duct had come unhooked - and fixed it while they were working. Initially, a person named Savvy started responding and said they would credit my account. That was not good enough because I didn't owe them anything. They had taken 2 payments from me totaling over $600. Once I got Savvy to understand that I had paid in full and filed a chargeback with my credit card company, Savvy issued the $175 plus tax refund (I live in Oregon, why was I even charged tax). It turns out Paul, who initially came out, incorrectly applied the payment so Ted, the electrician that did the work, and Savvy, who worked with me on my complaint, didn't see the first payment. This whole situation was a mess. I will not use them or any of their companies (1-800- Plumber Pacific, MEP Pros, etc.) again. I'll try a different electrician that won't attempt to scam me out of my hard earned money.
