Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. He performed his own diagnostic tests and told me the source of the leak was actually from water getting outside the tub and getting through areas between the tile and the wall of the tub. All that was actually needed were splash guards and application of caulking. Chris saved us over $1,000, not to mention wall repair costs.
