I had a plumbing problem when the knob on the hot water shut-off valve snapped off during a dishwasher replacement, and i couldn't figure a way to fully stop the water coming out of the pipes I had used Doug's services before and called him to see if he would come out. Even though he was already on a job, he agreed to come the same day after he finished. This dude was acting crazy towards me. Came into my house without gloves or a mask. Got mad at me when I asked him to lower his tone when he got agitated about me asking to complete the job I asked him to... which he didn't.
