Nice enough, but as people point out, definitely not a plumber, and doesn't really know what is going on with the plumbing outside of being able to snake a drain. If there is any possibility that there could be something else complicating the issue beyond the really simple and straight forward stuff, you are much better off getting a plumber out first and not wasting time with That Drain Guy. If I knew I had a clog and simply needed a drain snaked out, I would not hesitate to call him. He seems to get a bit confused at times, but as a bonus - he is quick and responsive. read more

I live in a very old house which oddly doesn't have issues too often. My toilet hasn't been flushing very well and I've got a couple of slow drains. Our shower/tub drain suddenly stopped working in the midst of extremely cold and snowy weather. Louis responded right away, was super easy to communicate with, and willing to come out, despite the weather. He was able to make it to our house same day, whereas other companies were offering appointments days out. He was understanding and accommodating to our request to mask inside the house, and conscientiously knocked the snow off his boots. Pricing was a flat rate, which was made clear up front. He proceeded to spend around an hour working on our frozen drain, and was finally able to clear it, without having to get under the house to warm the pipes.
