Wow. . . Terry Drake with Mr. Rooter is awesome. We wanted to have our plumbing, pipes, drains and sinks inspected so we reached out to Mr. Rooter. We have 3-full baths (3-showers,6-sinks). Terry came over that same day at 7:30pm on his way home, even though we're an hour away. He gave us a plan and came over two-days later. He inspected everything and cleared some clogs and dirty pipes. He showed me camera footage of our pipes as he was cleaning. He gave us a monthly drain maintenance product. Terry got into our nasty crawl space to familiarize himself with our pipes under the house. He even helped me change my water filter which I was putting off. In short, Terry Drake and his team at Mr. Rooter are our new go-to plumbers and are excellent. Highly recommend! read more

Jacob was professional, friendly and extremely helpful in our time of need. Our water heater shutdown at the worst possible time and Jacob arrived to fix the issue in under 30 minutes due to the emergency situation. He fixed the issue promptly and provided an estimate so we can plan ahead for a replacement, but without any pressure to purchase. My wife and I 100% recommend Jacob for any future water heater needs. read more

Terry showed up in 30 min on a Sunday and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. What more could you ask for.

My husband and I are totally impressed with Jacob Costa. His professionalism was spot on in all respects. On time, very pleasant, reviewed the work to be done and set to it. The work was done in an efficient manner, no mess, no fuss. Jacob was so polite and kind even to our Basset hound and left her a ball. We will always call and ask for Jacob for future plumbing work. Mr. Rooter answered our calls promptly and work was done asap. We appreciate this so much! read more

Mr. Rooter did a great job of finding an issue we have had for probably 20 years. Jacob, Mike, David and Kevin were hard-working, considerate and explained everything really well. Jacob Costa came to our home, quickly diagnosed the issue with our kitchen sink backing up, and cleared the line about 30 feet down. Prices are a little steep, but he came on Easter Sunday and was super friendly! Service comes with 60-day warranty, Jacob left me with some an aftercare/maintenance product, and he inspected the lines/water heater in the crawl space. I would recommend their services! read more

Mike Lindsey and his partner did a fantastic job repairing a galvanized pipe drain that flooded my basement after another plumbing company installed a dishwasher. They took the time to explain the various options, provided clear and fair pricing for each choice, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Mr. Rooter--and Mike in particular--were recommended by the water mitigation company, and I'm very thankful for that advice. The flooding in my house was caused by an inept plumber from a different local company, so I was understandably gun-shy about bringing in another plumber. However, Mike and his partner clearly knew what they were doing--unlike the previous company, which spent eight hours installing a dishwasher and caused the flooding. Both Mike and his partner were clearly experienced and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them, not only for the quality of their work but also for the price--a great value all the way around. read more

my rep was Jacob and he was terrific. He explained everything that he was going to do and walked me through the process. Very pleasant to work with. Did a very thorough job and even left a little doggy toy for my dogs! He arrived on time and I appreciate the job done by Jacob. read more

We had a water-flood issue early on a Sunday morning (daylight savings day no less!!) and called in a panic. They had a live person answer our call and reassure us that we would have a live body come diagnose our issue within the hour. We were informed that we wouldn't be charged extra despite the weekend, the early hour - and/or the day light savings time inconvenience. In fact, no matter what.... It would always "only" be the regular base charge. They took care of us. We are extremely relieved and thankful. Very good service for a reasonable fee. read more

I had them do the work same day. They were able to clear the drain and now water is flowing. I will definitely use them in the future as this was a fantastic experience. read more

Called to get an estimate on clearing a clog about 30 feet down the line. Was quoted $655 for 30 minutes work. No camera, no inspection of any kind. Called Rescue Rooter the next day (Sunday), they sent out a truck and cleared the line for $99. Even sent out a job manager to check the work and gave us a 90 day guarantee. $99. read more

Excellent experience with this company for our home. From the dispatcher lady named Rose, who has a great personality and is so helpful, to the plumber named Atreyu that came out to the house. They communicate very well and contact you to let you know when they're coming. They accommodated us with rescheduling difficulties on our end, and it was great. The plumber was on time, professional, polite and pleasant. He identified our problem immediately, at no charge! this is because our plumbing issue was minor. But after I accidentally flaked on them, and I rescheduled with them a couple of times. They were still so pleasant and still didn't charge us. They are an honest company, and I would definitely use them again. read more

We have had to have plumbers come out a few times in the last year due to a number of projects that needed to be done as well as some emergency work. All the plumbers from Mr. Rooters who came to service our home treated as with respect and die a amazing job. Very impressed with our service today. Devin is exceptional at customer service. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. It turns out our foster son had put a chop stick down the drain which caused some problems. We had a good laugh and Devin was able to give us a quote for other work we need done. Based on the way this interaction went, we will definitely be using Mr. Rooter Vancouver again! read more

Always the best service. Mike is a great guy and so friendly. He was very thorough and got the job done in a very timely manner.

We called Mr. Rooter after moving back to the area ( we are now in Camas). We had used them prior when we lived in Salmon Creek area 6+ years ago many times. We always had excellent service! This time was no exception! They responded quickly and sent out an amazing technician! We were very pleased with the professional, helpful, and knowledgeable technician, Atreyu! He diagnosed and checked/adjusted our water heater, a bathroom sink pipe and installed a new kitchen faucet as ours had failed. All in all, excellent service! We will call Mr. Rooter Vancouver every time we need plumbing assistance! Thank you. Mr. Rooter!! read more

Technician Phillip was outstanding. Very professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions!*****

Too bad there isn't a zero star rating. The estimate for a toilet repair was more than the cost of a brand new toilet. They don't give free estimates so I had to pay for a service call. I won't make that mistake again and I will never call them or any other mr rooter location in the future. BUYER BEWARE! read more

We had a pipe break that caused water to fill into our crawls space. Mike from Mr. Rooter was dispatched out to help diagnose and fix the problem. From the moment Mike walked through our door we knew we were in good hands. Mike is a journeyman plumber and really knew what he was doing and talking about. He explained everything every step of the way and gave us clear options for how we wanted to handle to situation. Although Mike was unable to locate the leak, he referred us to a few companies that could do the job and ensured us he could fix it once it was located. That's not so say that he didn't try to locate it, because he sure put in a lot of effort digging up spot in our backyard that he suspected was close to the pipe break. Turns out he was about a foot or so away from finding it, but it was under our concrete patio. After having a leak detection company out, Mike returned to complete the job. Mike had already held a spot for us for the following day so it was easy to get him back out to our house. We were his first job of the day and he came ready to tackle the job. He had to cut into the concrete and tried his best to preserve the designer patio we have. Unfortunately he had to jack hammer the spot he cut out, but it was done so without damaging or removing a large portion of our patio. He found it, repaired it and had us all closed up by the end of the day. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, kind, efficient, hardworking employee in Mike. He made this experience not so bad considering the circumstances. The pricing was fair, the work was great quality and we enjoyed having Mike at our home. read more

I am a Real Estate Broker. I would never recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for my clients or other brokerages. Reason: I had a simple drain line blockage in a property I own, which I knew would require to pull a toilet and clear the line (which is exactly what they did). I have had this line cleaned a few times before, and it usually runs in the $200 - $340 price range (with other companies). However, it was a Sunday that my Tenants called me, so my normal company was closed. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to arrive the same day. Once they arrived, they informed me that their charge would be $612 to pull the toilet and remove the clog. This work took about 1 hour. Because this was a 1 bath unit and for my tenants, I did not want to send them away and try to arrange another time slot for my tenants to be present to perform the work. But, charging over $600 to clear a drain line that takes only 1 hour, when others perform the same work for about 1/2 the price, is over the top. AND they would not quote me a price over the phone, even though I told them exactly what would need to be done and that they would be pulling a toilet. Had they quoted me a price before arrival, I would have shopped elsewhere. And in the future I will. I will also share this high priced story with my realtor cohorts. read more

First, I called on an 'emergency' basis; we are living in our RV while remodeling our house. The single RV toilet became badly plugged and needless to say, we were going to be highly inconvenienced without it. Jason Belcher arrived only a couple of hours after I called for assistance. This was no easy task as an RV doesn't have a 'normal' system, but tanks that store all the icky stuff until it can be pumped out weekly. Jason tried everything in his bag of tricks, to no avail. It was hot and muggy outside, and he had to also contend with working around another service tech who was also here trying to connect us to high-speed internet; they were competing to accomplish their tasks within the same small physical spaces. After over an hour of various attempts, Jason came back from his truck and said "I've got one last trick to try." About 3 minutes later, ****SUCCESS****!!!!!!! Things have been working great ever since. I have never been so happy to pay someone for their services in my life. Jason was professional, courteous, and sincerely concerned about getting our temporary tiny home back up and running. I would call Mr. Rooter again in a heartbeat (but hope we don't need them anytime soon ;-) and I would request Jason Belcher as he was AWESOME! read more

Mr Rooter plumbing was suggested by the water damage mitigation company we used. Once called the technician was at our door within the hour, on a Saturday. Michael Risoldi was very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He cut and capped a leaking CPVC line to our tub faucet and then came back on a return visit to install a new faucet and compete the repair at the advice of our insurance adjuster. He was also helpful in pointing out things like a broken water meter lid (which the city came out and fixed) and how our shower fixtures aren't considered code anymore due to how old our home is. Although the quotes did seem high, the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again! read more

We had a project to fix a leak in our ceiling. We tried some other places, but found that they were lacking professionalism. Mr. Rooter was great from the very beginning - the quote, communication leading up to the project, and the final project. Michael Lindsey was our technician for both quote and the day of project and both my wife and I appreciated his knowledge, communication, and honestly throughout the job (ended up charging less than the quote due to the fixes that needed to be done). Even though, I found a couple of places with slightly better quotes, I will for sure go with Mr. Rooter in the future for all of those listed reason. :) read more

We have a newer home on well water. We've noticed in the last few months that our hot water pressure has been getting worse and worse. Sent an email request to Mr. Rooter who called within 15 minutes!!! Mr Rooter could have gotten us on the schedule sooner, but our schedule was hectic so they put us on a wait list for the afternoons. They were able to come out and Mr Mike Lindsey quickly identified what he thought was the problem. He was extremely thorough. He gave honest advice and information regarding some other issues we've also had. 10 out of 10! Would definitely recommend Mr Rooter and especially Mr Mike Lindsey again. Bonus, when he left we discovered he had wiped down all the dust on the well pressurization tank. Thanks! read more

I called this company because my toilet had clogged twice in a week after doing my best to stop the clogs (using various techniques) and didn't know what else to do. They were prompt with their turn around time and sent out Jason Belcher the same day I called. Kudos to them for this. Jason arrived at the beginning of the window they gave me that afternoon and was very friendly and professional the whole time. He did a few tests to see if the clog was in my toilet or down further and couldn't reproduce the issue. After some discussion and camera use, he said he can't recommend a service at this point and to call back if it continues to happen. At that point he'd do some more serious work. He left after chatting some more and didn't charge me since this was a courtesy call. There are plenty of other businesses that would have charged me just for the drive over and time spent, and he could have done this, but didn't. I'm really grateful and would recommend him and this company to anyone needing someone to look at the plumbing without getting gouged. Thanks so much Jason! read more

This is a tough one, because of all the places we searched, this was definitely the most expensive. That being said, the customer service was amazing. Their response time was fast and they came within a couple hours. They went above and beyond and were very up front about their costs. They did terrific work and backed it up with warranty. But, like I said, they were by far the most expensive company. Mr. Rooter put a camera through our whole septic system, even to look through the areas that weren't even a problem. It was all a blessing in disguise, because we found damage in our pipes that we would never have found. It's things like that that will make me want to work with Mr. Rooter again. I was just bummed when we paid our bill. If you can afford it, I would go with Mr. Rooter. read more

Our experience with this company was bittersweet at best. Our home experienced a sewer backup. We are in the process of selling our house and obviously wanted to get the repair completed asap. Our regular plumber and the recommended backup plumber were unavailable for several days, so we contacted Mr. Rooter. Shocking, but they were available that afternoon. While the first 2 companies quoted $199 and $300, on arrival the men of Mr. Rooter told us it would cost $500, to clear the line. We were stuck. After 40 minutes we paid the bill. The line was cleared of roots, a temporary fix. We felt that we had paid way too much! So beware! read more

We had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly, Rose dispatched a service tech named Brad who arrived within an hour. He diagnosed it as a main line clog because of cleaning wipes. Damn! After working on a slow drain at our kitchen sink, wasting quite a bit of time and money on Drain Cleaners, I decided to get someone out to clean the drain for us. I found Mr. Rooter on my phone. I read few reviews and gave them a call. They were easy to work with on the phone and we had a confirmed appointment about 2 hours later. When the technician (Tim Brown) arrived, we talked about the problem, and he suggested that it would be best to power wash the drain to clear the obstruction once and for all. Tim gave us a price and we agreed to have him do the work. About 2 hours later we had a clear drain. Tim was great, taking care not to make a mess and he told us what he was doing and seeing throughout the process. We are very happy to have found Mr. Rooter. Thank you, Tim!! read more
