They stepped in quickly last summer when another contractor was unable to complete the work and finished the exterior paint job during a week we were away on vacation. Anthony was at our place for an entire day -- more than he certainly expected. He was polite, professional, understanding (the a/c went out during his visit!) and the finished product is beautiful. Thank you, ANTHONY, and Brent, you've got a first class staffer in him.

Our intention was to texture and paint ourselves but our home was left in a condition where professionals were definitely needed. Our entire house was left with primarily damaged drywall and shredded paper. We had decommissioned fixtures that needed to be covered too. We gravitated toward working with Darren because of how attentive and flexible he was with our situation. He was extremely professional and on top of communication when coordinating the job from beginning to end. The team worked efficiently while maintaining detailed work with care. We love our ceilings and this company absolutely exudes the passion they have for their craft. Ninja Painting's competitive pricing does not compromise their quality of work. They even knew my pets names the first day. We hired Matt to paint the entire inside and outside of our house, the outside of our shed and shop, and pressure wash our driveway and patio. Matt bid the high-end Benjamin Moore outdoor paint by default, which was competitively priced with the lower end paint bids by others. The other unique item was Matt's work came with a 5-year workmanship warranty. If I had questions or thought something needed to be touched-up, Matt answered questions or touched up work no questions asked. He wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was when added to the scope of work. I sent photos, he gave a bid, and we agreed to the price. When he came to the house, Matt said he could do the work less and reduced his bid even though we already agreed to the higher amount. Matt's team are good painters and it's clear he takes pride in the quality of his work. I strongly recommend him and would hire him again. The only heads-up I would give (not a negative, just a heads up) is if you want any texturing work done, make sure to communicate your expectations with Matt. Matt was clear with us regarding his team's texturing limitations, which I appreciated. Matt did a good job sanding and texturing to remove an obvious line across the middle of the room, this isn't part of his normal scope that was included in our bid.
