I have used Simpson now on two properties, a few different projects on each and some pretty big jobs all in all. On one of the properties we realized that we should add a few more cadets last minute. Tenants were moving in in a couple days and it was November, so it was a rush! Simpsons got me scheduled ASAP and got the job done!! They've replaced switches, outlets, installed new fixtures throughout, installed a new 36" hood vent, new ceiling fans and troubleshot someone's hodgepodge mess, just to name a few things, ALLLLL in which I am VERY happy with. Now I know my properties are safe! I HIGHLY recommend them!! I will definitely add more photos when I can!

When I called, I was told, "but we waived the $35 dollar delivery fee for the ladder." Imagine calling for service and the company does not have the proper equipment on the vehicle, and they not charge the customer a fee to deliver said equipment, but also charge them for the time it took to deliver it?

I called to get 3 pendent lights replaced. They said it would take 2.5 hours or more, which I…read moredoubted as it was fairly straightforward. The guy did it in about an hour, which is what I expected. He asked if I had anything else, and I mentioned that I'd like 2 new outlets on the other side of the wall from an existing g light switch. He said it was quick and easy since the light switches were right there. I asked about the cost and he said it would be quick and it would just be his time. The work was solid. The communication was not. I received a shockingly high bill with additional charges that had not previously been discussed. In effect charged me almost $400 to install those 2 outlets just on the other side of the same wall. No attic, crawlspace, or panel work. I emailed them asking about the high fees and extra charges, she said that was standard for them. I paid the bill and then went to leave a review. I would not have had him do the outlets had I known, and would have ended the job with the pendent lights. When I left a review reflecting this experience, they accused me of trying to convince them to do work without a permit, putting their license in jeopardy. Completely false - I only questioned the permit fees when I received the bill, as no one had mentioned it. The level of customer service, lack of communication, and vindictiveness was shocking. Would not use them again because of this.

My husband and I woke up early on a Monday morning to water coming in the ceiling of our garage…read more It turns out that our roof was leaking into the attic and making its way down. I called my insurance company, and they told me to have a water remediation company come out right away to start the dry out process to prevent any mold from forming, and recommended Servpro. I called our local Servpro branch, and they were courteous, professional and helpful from the very first phone call. They not only answered all of my questions, but they were able to get a crew out to my house in less than two hours to start drying it out. They assisted me with getting the asbestos testing performed (which is required in all homes built prior to 2004), performed all of the necessary demo, setup heaters and dehumidifiers as needed, and did all the cleanup when they were done. They also touched base with me regularly to let me know what was going on, and someone came out to my house every day during the dry out process to check on the progress. I felt well taken care of, and didn't feel like anything was left up to chance. Overall, I was VERY impressed with my experience with Servpro, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for water remediation services. In addition, I would like to give a special thank you to Jamaica who was in charge of overseeing the entire job. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure that our home was well taken care of and that all of my (many) questions were answered, even going as far as to give me her cell phone number so that I could get a hold of her directly if any issues came up. Thank you, Servpro for a job well done!
