They didn't charge for the service call and had an estimator, Omar, out here the same day. He laid out all the options and we chose our new HVAC. They scheduled our install for the following week, which is unheard of in this post-pandemic world. Randolph and Bryan showed up on time and were quick in their work. They completed the install and clean up by early afternoon and took measurements for a new custom door to cover the HVAC system. Today Andrey came to install the custom door. He was also quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone involved from start to finish was top notch. The entire process only took three weeks, as compared to five months to replace a broken garage door in 2021 and a year to replace our kitchen in 2022. We already trusted Air Stars because we had them install Mitsubishi ductless units 18 months ago in our granny unit (to replace baseboard and wall heaters and to add A/C). The quote showed in an hour, was detailed, and more importantly - fair compared to some. We agreed on a solution. He had an opening the next day, and I was happy we could get this going quickly. This isn't what usually happens... When we met the next day I told Isaiah that I reconsidered and I want the outlet in a different place.
