Isaiah promised to come the next day for a site survey and free quote (yes, I know, all quotes are free :-)). He showed up promptly at the time we set, took a look around, asked where I wanted the outlet, and promised to send a quote within a few hours. The quote showed in an hour, was detailed, and more importantly - fair compared to some. We agreed on a solution. He had an opening the next day, and I was happy we could get this going quickly. This isn't what usually happens... When we met the next day I told Isaiah that I reconsidered and I want the outlet in a different place. I asked for a new quote, which cam on the spot, and was fair, again. Isaiah completed the work in a couple of hours, we tested it, it worked as expected and we parted. The place was left spotless.
