Rick was able to replace the carpet with a section from a closet in our basement (but if you have extra carpet on hand that apparently is ideal). He also fixed a seam that was visible in our carpet which I had hated but didn't know how to fix. He patched the section he took out of the closet with a section of carpet of his own. It doesn't match but we didn't care because the closet is filled with storage items and honestly will never be seen. Regardless, the patch work was very well done. Rick was super nice and efficient and a perfectionist. I so appreciated this because you can't even tell the carpet was patched at all! He also gave us a quote and in less than a week was able to come out. Highly recommend him and if anything happens to our carpet again--knock on wood--we'll be calling him.

I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. It is 1,000% UNACCEPTALBE for a service provider that has been invited into someone's home to curse at a woman. UNACCEPTABLE.
