He was knowledgeable and friendly and took measurements to prepare a quote. No pressure and very responsive to questions and provided the quote the same day before close of business. I visited the showroom to select carpet remnants for my basement stairs. They had a nice selection of quality materials. Showroom staff were friendly. Met the owner while in warehouse- they do a lot of business- and are very busy. Installers were on-time, friendly, and hard working. I paid extra to have large furniture pieces moved and they were careful and returned items to their previous place when finished. LVP installation was fast and done well. Trim work was also done well and quickly. I'm going to have to do some touchups on the baseboards due to variations between the old planks and the new and because the installers took the time to remove 40+ year old linoleum where the previous plank installers of the old floor has laid foam underlayment. Trim work and caulking looks good. Carpet install was also well done. Prices are competitive but the service is what sets them apart. Highly recommend.

Hamid was over-prepared to show and recommend a variety of products that fulfilled my tastes. Be extremely careful dealing with this local branch…read more After signing a flooring contract, I decided to cancel before any installation had been scheduled and before any materials had been ordered. Instead of handling the situation honestly and professionally, the sales representative immediately began making blatantly misleading claims in an attempt to keep my deposit. I was told I could not cancel because the "3 business days" included the weekend simply because "they work 7 days a week." That is not how business days are commonly interpreted, and when I began asking direct questions about the contract language, the answers became evasive very quickly. The representative also repeatedly avoided answering a very simple question: had materials actually been ordered or not? Considering the contract specifically ties deductions to actual costs like freight, restocking, and related charges, that question mattered. Instead of giving a straight answer, I got vague responses, pressure tactics, and constant attempts to hide behind "policy." The most telling part of this entire experience was what happened once corporate became involved. The GM from the Georgia corporate office personally reviewed the situation and contacted the local branch directly. Within ONE HOUR, I suddenly received a callback from the same office that had been refusing my cancellation, now saying the cancellation was accepted and my refund would be issued. Funny how quickly the story changed once someone higher up looked at it. I received my full refund check within five days. That alone should tell future customers everything they need to know about how this local branch was handling the situation before corporate stepped in. Credit to the corporate GM for making it right. Without his involvement, I honestly believe the local branch would have continued trying to stonewall and misrepresent the terms of the agreement in order to keep my money. Read every line of your contract carefully, get everything in writing, and do not blindly accept what this branch tells you if something feels off.

They were sloppy with their work itself, messy throughout my entire home inside and out, lazy to a whole other level. Lazy is probably the perfect way to describe the work actually - nails from existing quarter round were left in and new quarter round was tacked over it so that we have nails sticking out all over our living room. Scratches were made that they refused to fix (claimed they couldn't fix aka wouldn't re do their mistakes) so now we have a brand new scratched floor (which they tried to say "well It isn't that bad!" Hahahahah) I can't even believe my experience so far. I feel tricked and trapped. Now what am I supposed to do? Pay someone else all over again to redo all of the many many mistakes and failures of this company?? Stay far far away. In this area there are so many quality contractors to choose from. Learn from my mistake and do your research and read reviews from real people like me before you spend your hard earned money on this type of crappy work.
