My relative had a cat inside that peed in a spot in a room and Chris removed the floor panels that were damaged and replaced the area with new wood panels, & worked on it, blended it in and looks like nothing ever happened there after it was all done. His work is amazing. He's an artist at his profession. He did our one area a dark stained color that we chose & then our other side of the house we wanted the original natural wood that was there. After he sanded the floors down, he coated it multiple times and kept the original look. We love it so much. He did such a great job. I will continue to update this thread as we go through the process. Bottom Line: The project management team is sub par, workers dont speak any English, incorrect flooring installed, shoddy craftsmanship, and horrendous customer service from upper management at the Fredericksburg location. RCI Flooring has a great reputation, but the Frederickburg VA location is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point where Lawyers have to get involved for a simple $17,000 flooring job.
