Molly and Steve, I think you guys have a LONG way to go…read more These generic, copy paste responses go to further my frustration as we both know that nothing is really going to change. I listened to Steve when he called to discuss this with my husband and he sounded like THE ONLY reason he called was because of my YELP review (which he mentioned). With all of the dropped balls, lies and lack of professional follow up and lack of courtesy, one would think THAT would have generated a call from management, NOT my Yelp review. Your staff needs intense customer service training. Nobody knows what they are doing and no one cares either. We had planned on replacing all of our appliances and we will definitely go elsewhere for everything. You guys are NOT worth the headache. I don't know if it's Ferguson as a whole or just this location but this experience was HORRIBLE. I wish I had read the other reviews about this place PRIOR to walking in your doors because if I had this would never have happened. I would have gone to Lowe's or Costco from the jump.

Nope! just padding their pockets, then just when you think you e paid for all your appliance, they hit you with another undisclosed bill demanding payment. Once the sale is complete you are on your own, they don't want to help you, the do not return calls, they either leave you on hold or they transfer you to a different team member to dodge concerns. and their after sales customer service is terrible ...... RUN away from Ferguson, you won't be disappointed you did

As he made progress, he told us we needed to get our countertops in by the next week because the plumbing and inspection would be completed at that time. We were completely unprepared and in a big time crunch. We went to the typical big box stores but they required at least 2-4 weeks for installation. When I called FAB, Alexis was super helpful. I told her my needs and budget. I stopped by on my lunch break, so I was in a hurry. She walked me through the granite available on the lot and pointed out the best options for my budget. I asked if I could bring my husband by that night after they were closed to show him my favorites, and it was no problem. We made a selection, her guys were out the next day to take measurements. In a few days, we had a beautiful countertop that we love, it was actually our favorite granite that we had seen at any store. The work was done exceptionally well. They were even super understanding when it took me about a week to get the time to stop by and drop off the final payment. Great customer service, excellent workmanship. Very happy, highly recommend!

After they measured our kitchen the manager call us and told us we have to do 2 sims because the shape of the line on Quartz will not be matched Bla BLA. So he was traying to use one slab of the Quartz and cut to many pieces instead of using 2 slabs and have one sim. I told him we agree to have one sim when we gave you our kitchen measurements and you you said yes. He was so rude and unprofessional. I got my deposit back and went to much better place with good quality and much better price, and my countertop was done in three days with one sim.

I use my spare time to do research in advance, I call ahead to have items held for me so that I can do a speedy pickup, etc. When it came time for me to buy a wafflemaker for a friend's wedding, I figured that Bed Bath & Beyond was the place to go. As usual, I got on their website, looked around, and found one that looked good. I then called the store to verify that they had the item in stock and to have it held in reserve for me. The person who I dealt with over the phone, Randy, was very friendly, helpful, and was able to find the item and hold it for me. He gets 5 stars! If only things had been as good the next day... I came in the following day and went to the customer service desk. There were about 3 people in line, so I got behind them. It took over ten minutes to get helped. Once I finally got to the employee, I said that I had an item being held for me and provided my name. She looked like she had no idea what I was talking about, like no one had ever had an item held for them before, so she called someone else over to help. I told this guy the same thing. He, too, seemed confused, but he actually went to the back to try to find the item. Meanwhile, I was left at the desk to make small talk with the first employee who, by the way, had an inappropriately enormous cleavage. I'm not really one to complain about that sort of thing, but it seemed more suited to a place like Hooters than Bed Bath & Beyond. About ten minutes later, the guy finally came back with my item. I then got in line at the cash register. After a few minutes more of waiting, I had the pleasure of doing business with a zombie. This person had no personality and didn't seem at all interested in making an effort to give me a good shopping experience. I even tried to open her up a little bit, making some friendly small talk. No dice. A zombie to the bitter end. For paying someone's salary by not going through Amazon and saving a lot of money, the least I expect is some eye contact, a smile, and maybe a question about how my day was going or if I'd found everything I was looking for. Something. In the age of smartphones, facebook, and twitter, maybe people are losing touch with humanity. Retail employees are being replaced by disconnected drones with no personality and no people skills. That being the case, maybe I will just save some money next time by going through amazon rather than spending half an hour enduring lackluster service in an attempt to buy one item that was already on hold for me...
