They offered free delivery and installation. Less than 2 hours after installation, within 5 minutes of starting washer for first time, I informed/notified store in writing that water leaked out of unit and flooded entire laundry room, soaked both closet floors/carpeting/carpet pads on each side of laundry room wall, and into laundry room floor HVAC register soaking multiple places and things in basement, including insulation, water heater, framing, etc. We turned water source into washer off within 5 minutes. Requested store send someone out to repair and fix the damage and leak they caused. Store sent worker next day to only fix unit. He took apart entire unit before he found drain valve was loose. Spent a few thousand on the appliances. They caused thousands in damage and only offered $250 as a partial refund to try to resolve all the damage they caused. Not acceptable. I attempted to give them multiple chances over multiple days to fix it and make it right. I am reasonable. They wanted to do nothing for me.

They didn't start construction until May 12, and it was difficult getting them pinned down on that date. They knew from the beginning we were wanting them to be finished before our vacation in June. They started strong with 3 workers the first day to get demo done in one day, but from that point on they never worked a full week and vary rarely worked a full day. Our project that was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks took 3 months. Three of the most aggravating, frustrating months we have ever spent. The contractor didn't show up half of the time, and the work he did had to be redone many times. He didn't even know how to build the half wall for the shower, and we had to explain it to him. They wouldn't let us know when they weren't coming even though we asked time and time again so that we could let out our animals. They didn't obtain the County permit for construction, and that delayed everything. They always had an excuse for why they weren't working. We finally had to threaten to get a lawyer for breach of contract to get the work completed. Although the design looked good on paper, there wasn't enough detail to it to fully execute it properly. The plan for the closet was not detailed enough to show that the opening was only going to be 15" wide with the shelves as shown which would have been even narrower because the hangers extend outside of the closet. I could go on and on about the aggravation we have experienced over the last 3 months, and the extreme stress that this has put on our family. The end result is beautiful, but I hope the construction holds up.

My wife email the designer and the salesman with no response from anyone. DON'T use this company. Obviously they don't want business if they can't be bothered contacting customers. We chose a competition that is calling us every step of the way.

I was concerned about some of the dimensions when the drawing came back and emailed to ask about them. Nicole responded almost instantly and had the drafter check his drawing. He didn't have any concerns, so JJ came back out and measured with me with a tape measure. I'd misunderstood some details of the drawing, but JJ wasn't impatient or angry. He insisted that it was much better to double check if I had a concern. The installation team came out a week later with our BEAUTIFUL Brazilian soapstone countertops. They encountered a problem, though. Our cabinets weren't level. At all. They attempted to shim the countertops, but the gap was going to be too big. JJ came out and looked it over and offered to take the countertops back to the shop or store them at my house while we leveled the cabinets. I called him the next day to tell him that the cabinets were level now and they came out on a Saturday and installed the countertops. Even with us being kind of a problem customer (not rude, just had installation issues), the entire team was kind and accommodating. At first I thought JJ was the measurement guy. He was unassuming, kind to explain, and patient. Turns out he owns the company! Talk about setting an example.

The drain plumbing was detached from the countertops when they removed the old counter, so they must have stepped on it or otherwise hit it.
