I wasn't surprised; with 9 pets and 5 people in our house, we ask a lot of our washer. I went back to Gateway to buy another washer and mentioned that I was a repeat customer, and that my previously purchased washer died on me. The manager, Abud (spelling?) insisted on fixing it for me for free. I brought it to him, and his technician not only fixed what was broken, but also replaced missing pieces that I'd lost in my own attempts to fix it. And they cleaned it. When I offered to at least pay for the parts, Abud refused. I am so impressed with the honor and integrity of this business.

Abood went out of his way to make sure I got the stove I was looking for to match the refrigerator we wanted. Communication was great with Khan on delivery day, and other than a small mixup with timing of the delivery, (no fault of their own, as it is a separate company) we could not be happier. Will definitely use them again for any future appliance needs.

I listened to Steve when he called to discuss this with my husband and he sounded like THE ONLY reason he called was because of my YELP review (which he mentioned). With all of the dropped balls, lies and lack of professional follow up and lack of courtesy, one would think THAT would have generated a call from management, NOT my Yelp review. Your staff needs intense customer service training. Nobody knows what they are doing and no one cares either. We had planned on replacing all of our appliances and we will definitely go elsewhere for everything. You guys are NOT worth the headache. I don't know if it's Ferguson as a whole or just this location but this experience was HORRIBLE. I wish I had read the other reviews about this place PRIOR to walking in your doors because if I had this would never have happened. I would have gone to Lowe's or Costco from the jump.

I pay for the extended warranties and the Best Buy Club, I choose the item I need help with on the app, I select Fredericksburg and it asks me to verify stock, yes there is stock. They then proceeded to get all dramatic and act like I was a threat - I told them they were ridiculous and because I was upset and telling them they were being ridiculous does not even come close to threatening - their behavior caused the issue and I clearly told them they needed to work with the Best Buy app and store manager said "I am not responsible for the app" and handed me post it note (with incorrect customer service number) Here is the good - customer service on the phone could not have been better. Apologized, looked at the app and my account and could see when I was in the store. Took a lot of notes and got a manager on the phone - gave me a case # and said they are telling store to just replace product. Easily the worst customer service and biggest waste of time I have had in a long time. Hats off to the people on the phone for making me feel valued. Will post results tomorrow
