My expectations were exceeded by the care and communication. Mike was my contact. He not only gave me timely updates, but my car was completed earlier than expected. The repairs were done perfectly, my car was cleaned, they even left a complimentary water bottle and an air fresshener.....[What a super nice touch]. I just cannot imagine a better outcome. I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

Since I figured I would go back to the place that last repaired my vehicle, I informed them about my concern and asked if they could check my car over the weekend or after hours - as my job doesn't allow much flexibility during regular business hours. This time, I was brushed off by them and told that they are unavailable after hours... After going to other places to get some help on the root of the issue, it turns out, the break replaced by Car Source Collision wasn't the right measurement - so now, I have a squeaky break pad.. I referred this place to others, but I no longer wish to do business with this place. They thought that I wouldn't notice or that it wouldn't be a big issue... well, thanks.

I was very impressed by their customer service. Katie & Steve were both friendly and easy to work with. One thing I appreciated was that I called on a Wednesday morning to get an update on the car. Steve told me they were still waiting on a part and wasn't sure of the timing. He then emailed me that night to confirm it would be done Thursday. On Thursday Katie called me in the morning to let me know it was in the last stages of being put back together, and then called again to confirm it was done and ready for pickup. They also washed the car for us! I also felt their prices were fair. My regular mechanic gave me a ballpark estimate on what I could expect to pay for this repair (based on what they'd seen another body shop charge). Barton's price was better than that, so I felt I paid a fair price. While I hope I never need to go to a body shop again, I would definitely go back to Barton's.

I saw the great reviews here, so brought it in to see what could be done because it seemed obvious that something was just misaligned. Tech came out to inspect my car and was telling me I definitely needed new hinges! I might need a new door! This is going to run a lot of money! That they weren't going to try to investigate a misalignment because they wanted to do things "the right way!" Sure buddy. I thanked him, left and went to the body shop just down the street. Where a tech took a look at the door, determined that the A-pillar on the car door hinge had just gotten bumped out of place, bumped it back into place which fixed the problem, and within 15 seconds sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me because it was such a minor "repair" if you can even call it that. Royal might be good at what they do, I don't know. But they tried to upsell me on a repair that was thousands of dollars for something that wasn't even broken and was a component easily pushed right back into place. So definitely get a second opinion if you go here.
