These guys are great. They stayed late on a Saturday until I got there with my sick laptop. They quoted me a price for the repair and stayed with that price. I got my device back 2 days later completely restored to good working order. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. read more

Very professional, friendly, and fast. Definitely will come back and refer my friend. Thank you.

Brings tears to my eyes ... my wife's computer just got hijacked by a hacker from India (BEWARE! ... the Skype customer service number on Google is a scam) ... had their password override hers and they wanted a ransom to unlock it. Needless to say, one call to Mirna, and the computer is back to it's old self! The priceless part ... my wife can again live with herself :-) read more

Our computer at Curves was not working (it runs all our member services!!) and at 4:58 p.m. I called and Kevin was here by 5:10 and our internet was up by 5:25 plus he made some firewall suggestions to help improve our security even more. Thank you DLL!! read more

I was sad to see Alex move on, however, Kevin is also fantastic. He's professional, honest and a computer genius. We're a small company with a server and 15 computers, Kevin got us squared away in no time. He did some of his work in house and some remotely; he's fast and efficient. Mirna, the owner, is also great to deal with. Top notch ownership and company, I can't recommend them enough. read more

I've been impressed with DLL technologies staff particularly their techs who have come out to our two different locations and provide a great service. They've installed a couple of desktops and a server at one of my locations. They did it in a timely manner and it was an easy process working with them. They been able to assist me with technical support via phone calls, text messages, emails and this makes it easy because as a small business we are always on the go and they've always been there to accommodate us properly. These guys are amazing!!! Chris, Ryan, Mike and Mirna know their stuff. They took my dying iMac that was at capacity and returned it to life by helping me with additional RAM and cleaning my hard drive to free up storage. I couldn't even back up my cell phone it was so full! They also helped me back up everything on my iMac to my external drive and cleaned up my duplicate files and back ups. I am now using my computer at super speed and have more than 50% of my storage available. Thanks so much guys. Definitely my go to people for tech support now. They were also very reasonable price wise with a good turn around time, and I know I could not have done it without them. For sure worth the money. They are all super nice too and gave me some great tips to maximize my experience. read more

I brought my brand new MSI GS63VR 7RF to DLL technologies after I accidentally spilled a guiness across the keyboard while intoxicated. I turned the laptop over immediately to try and prevent as much beer from getting inside the laptop as possible. I then proceeded to make the rookie mistake of trying to turn on the computer the next day. It powered up but the screen did not turn on and only a single fan was working. My heart sank. I met with Chris at dll expecting the worst. The initial prognosis was not great. Usually beer and a turn on would equal frying the motherboard. I left my laptop with them and by the following afternoon the computer was up and running! They cleaned each component carefully, checked all major functionalities, ran stress tests, and offered excellent advice for future care of my machine, all for the price of a diagnostic!! ($50)I can't speak highly enough of Chris and his team. They are the best at what they do. Thank you thank you thank you!!! read more

These guys are great. I have a home computer that is used by all members of our family. While the kids are supposed to only use it for schoolwork, they downloaded some games which clogged up the computer and added a bunch of unneeded programs, some tough to get rid of. I took the computer to DLL and they cleaned it up and got it running quicker. They also identified a virus that they cleared out and all for the regular tune up price I was quoted. I won't hesitate to take any of our other computers to them in the future for repair/tune ups, etc. read more

These guys get it! Our computers are Linux OS and they were pros at upgrading them and fixing any bugs we had in our systems. SO easy to work with these professionals. read more

I was looking to purchase a used computer in good condition for my mother in law and needless to say Mirna and her team had exactly what I needed. The DLL techs were willing to travel to my location which was easily 40 miles minimum away from their home location. Mirna even informed me that they would be able to transfer all of my mother in laws files from her old computer to the new one which I informed her would save me a huge headache since I am not tech savvy. Mirna and her team were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and all at an amazing price. Even though I didn't end up purchasing the computer due to unexpected financial obligations, the amazing customer service that Mirna and her DLL tech team provided is all that I needed to remain a loyal customer. Thank you DLL Techs and thank you Mirna for always being availble when I needed your business the most. From a loyal customer for life! read more

I took my personal all-in-one PC there to fix some issues in performance. Not only did they take care of it in a very prompt fashion, they kept in great contact to let me know where they were in the process. Prices were reasonable as well. I know more people think of DLL as helping just businesses, but they are fantastic for personal computers as well! read more

My desktop And laptop computers decided to crash on me on the same day (best luck ever), and I had deadlines to meet so I yelped some places nearby. Thank goodness I found DLL because they were able to squeeze me in and repair my computers by the next day...life savers! Staff was really nice. Ryan was my main contact and he was great! Thanks soooo much for getting my computers working again! And Ryan even helped wipe my desktop down...It was filthy when I gave it to him. Thanks, DLL! read more

Amazing service! I took in my old dinosaur computer, hoping they could fix it since I still use it for an old billing program. They couldn't guarantee anything, due to its age, but they agreed to try. Within a couple of hours, they called me to come pick it up - good as new! The price was fair and the service was fantastic! I am a new customer and will be back!! Thank you! read more

John did a thorough check up and clean up of fan assembly.

Thanks to all the great reviews on Yelp, we chose DLL to "tune up" our home PC. We had been having issues with speed, getting into the computer and various other problems. Not having grown up in the computer era, it can be daunting when you do not have much tech knowledge ... thank goodness for Chris at DLL. He came to the house, took our PC back with him ... did the diagnostics, repairs and brought it back good as new!! He & DLL will be our "go to" company from now on. Their fees are very reasonable, service and communication spot on - thanks Chris & DLL !! read more

I needed help with windows 8 and word 2013. Microsoft's help line just had me on hold and did not solve my problem. I called DLL Business Solutions the next day and they immediately knew what the problem was and solved it. Very happy with their service. read more

What a gem (DLL Technologies) to find with my first Yelp inquiry. Being a Dell person, my incapacitated niece's non-working MacBook Pro baffled me. Not DLL, who quickly broke the password, and outlined the disaster lying beneath the multiple non-working keys and seriously corrupted hard drive containing her final exam of final semester to graduate PCC in Pasadena. DLL's manager, Chris, estimated about $800 to restore the 7 year old Apple, or a new MacBook Air from BBY at about $1200. Chris then only charged $120 to transfer all applicable data to the new Air, and set it up properly for immediate use. Chris also returned the old Pro in limited operable condition, preserving the remaining hundreds of gigs of download-music for further use, if my niece is interested. I still cannot believe my good fortune in finding DLL Technologies in Glendora, just 3 miles from home. These guys are the consummate professionals you always knew were out there, but could never find. read more
