Backstory: I brought my iphone 14 pro max after it got a little moisture under the screen and in the camera, and the phone went completely dark and unusable. I tried using my phone Ins., Asurion, and went to their approved repair shop, uBreakiFix in Duarte. The guy there didnt even touch my phone and he proceeded to tell me that that "the phone was done." I couldnt believe it. He said I can try the last resort solution and quickly referred me to his friends at DriveSavers who quoted me the cost to repair/ recover my phone info. would be anywhere from $800-$3900!! That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express!

I contacted iTech Xpress about changing the connectors on a battery for a kids ride on toy. The…read morecompany discontinued sale of the original battery and the connector was soldered on to it so I couldn't just swap it out with a new one. My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.

Prior to this I went to Best Buy, but they said turn around time was 2 to 3 days so I decided to come here. I needed it fixed now. I knew that the battery needed to be removed, but I didn't have the screws tips to do it on the spot. I'm also a technician and do a lot of labor work too so I know what's involved. I've repaired my phone many times too. By changing the screen and battery and putting it back together. He charged me $125 and took 3 hours to reset it and got it up and running. I was pleased that I got my laptop running. But after doing some research, it was a quick fix, but I guess you pay for the expertise. I just wanted to see if I could come back and trust this guy but I'm not a fan. To reset it, you hold a set of keys on the keyboard to reset it or you unscrew 4 screws from the back and remove the battery plug back in and that's it. I asked him what he had to do and he said a " hard" reset. That was all. That was the price I had to pay to get it up and running and he knew that because I told him so that I needed it fixed so I can work on my project. He heard of my predicament. Not a fan of this businesses like this. Best Buy would have just told me straight up and fixed it.

Today, my phone lightly slid across my keyboard and the screen immediately started going haywire with red and green lines before turning completely black. I took it to another repair shop right after, and they told me the screen from the previous repair was a cheap, low-quality part. According to them, when my computer slid across the keyboard it somehow activated an accessibility setting, and the replacement screen couldn't handle it and basically fried. Now I'm stuck paying for another screen replacement only a few months after already spending $350. For that price, I expected quality parts and a repair that would actually last. Instead, I'm dealing with another broken screen and another repair bill because of the cheap product they used. I would not recommend iRepair in La Verne based on my experience.

I run a local small business but I am not very good with computer. DLL helped me get rid of my fear of computer and headache. On the day of service, Kevin came to my office and updated/switched out all of my computers. He was very courteous and very professional. He kept things very clean and organized.I told DLL before I committed to an appointment that I needed to have the job done in one day and Kevin was able to stick to that. At the end, he even took all of my old computers that he switched out to recycle them for me. I have been recommending DLL to my friends and colleagues. Any companies who use computers should look into using DLL for their services, they really are experts, not just some kids who play computers in the garage and claim they know computers! My HP printer was on the fritz. I called DLL Business Solutions and then brought it to them for assessment. Of course they determined it was not worth fixing. A misunderstanding over what I was to be charged developed as I had dealt with Kevin over the phone and Chris when I went to pick it up. A consultation with Mirna ultimately resulted in no charge to me. They were all extremely professional, responsive and understanding about the matter. I normally opt out of getting help for my PC virus or malware problems because I have Norton installed and i use the net very conservatively to avoid suspicious pop ups or ads. However, this time around I was really connedby more sophisticated phishing and was possibly hacked. Mirna of DLL Tech was recomended by a friend for such unfortunate event.
