I had my computer say I had No Internet Connection, yet when Spectrum came out and checked my Internet Connection, They said It was not my Internet Connection, but my Computer that had the problem. I took it to Larry, He sold me a External Wireless Adapter, for a lot less $ than it would have cost me in buying a whole new computer, which is what Spectrum said I might have to do. I was also very happy that since I went to Larry, and got this Wireless Adapter, My Internet has gone out 3x thru Spectrum, I haven't had to go thru the hassle of turning off the Router, etc. I am so happy, as I had to do that on a regular basis without this Wireless Adapter. Took my laptop to Best Buy/Geek Squad, they wanted to ship it out to Kentucky, and I was told it could be as much as 5 weeks before they would even have diagnosis and estimate for me. Also, it was going to cost me over $100 just for diagnosis. I took it to Larry Brewer at TPC, and he had it fixed in less than a week and it cost me less than $100. He even did me the courtesy of checking my hard drive and then backing it up on one of his own servers just to make sure my data and docs were preserved while he was fixing my machine. Luckily the problem with my computer was not severe. There's no guarantee your laptop or PC will be salvageable but if it isn't he'll give you a no-nonsense appraisal pretty quick. If it is salvageable he'll fix it fast for a reasonable price. I strongly recommend this business for computer repairs; he knows his stuff. read more

This morning My laptop stopped functioning, my hard drive crashed, and being that I work off my laptop I needed it fixed and in a hurry. I called around and stop by a few pc repair shops. All couldn't help me bc they were either not at there store or couldn't get to it today.
