I had my computer say I had No Internet Connection, yet when Spectrum came out and checked my Internet Connection, They said It was not my Internet Connection, but my Computer that had the problem. I took it to Larry, He sold me a External Wireless Adapter, for a lot less $ than it would have cost me in buying a whole new computer, which is what Spectrum said I might have to do. I was also very happy that since I went to Larry, and got this Wireless Adapter, My Internet has gone out 3x thru Spectrum, I haven't had to go thru the hassle of turning off the Router, etc. I am so happy, as I had to do that on a regular basis without this Wireless Adapter. Thank You Larry. read more

My 13 year old PC began running extremely slow and I knew it was more than a virus. Took it to Larry at TPC as I have had a previous, good experiences there. He diagnosed a bad motherboard and hard drive. He transferred my files to a new drive and sold me a refurbished OC for a very reasonable price considering all the diagnostics he performed too. I highly recommend his services read more

Larry is very good at what he does. He is very knowledgeable. I always recommend his services

Took my laptop to Best Buy/Geek Squad, they wanted to ship it out to Kentucky, and I was told it could be as much as 5 weeks before they would even have diagnosis and estimate for me. Also, it was going to cost me over $100 just for diagnosis. I took it to Larry Brewer at TPC, and he had it fixed in less than a week and it cost me less than $100. He even did me the courtesy of checking my hard drive and then backing it up on one of his own servers just to make sure my data and docs were preserved while he was fixing my machine. Luckily the problem with my computer was not severe. There's no guarantee your laptop or PC will be salvageable but if it isn't he'll give you a no-nonsense appraisal pretty quick. If it is salvageable he'll fix it fast for a reasonable price. I strongly recommend this business for computer repairs; he knows his stuff. read more

I had a bad experience with Tech Powered Computers. I've had time to cool off but let me just say that the issues I encountered had to do with customer service, turnaround time, and ordering/assembly of the incorrect parts. Perhaps they were just going through a bad time, I'm not sure, but my experience was definitely bad. read more

The owner Larry is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, kind and competitively priced with a family friendly vibe.

Larry does a great job when my computer can be fixed! The last time, the motherboard was gone. So we had to scrap it. Still great service!!

All couldn't help me bc they were either not at there store or couldn't get to it today. I called TPX spoke with Larry , he was available and talked me through troubleshooting the issue over the phone a bit before heading down to his shop and had him work on it on the spot. His rates were affordable, information was extensive and understandable , he didnt try to upsell me . He fixed my laptop saving me hundreds on replacing it and upgraded my laptop all in the same day. I brought my Windows surface book into teck powered computers to get fixed and all it did was sit there for a month collecting dust. Larry promised to get it figured out and could never even return my phone calls. He obviously doesn't know how to conduct a professional business. He's lost my family's business most definitely. read more

5 Star Rating!!! Recommended by management at Office Max. Best advice I ever received in locating a computer service store. Honesty, professionalism, and respect, these are a few words that come to mind when I think of Tech Powered Computers (TPC). I'll be honest, I was tentative at first bringing my prized PC to a few strangers to perform some long-needed upgrades. I have spoken and dealt with other computers shops in the past and my experience left much to be desired; however, Larry and Micheal did an excellent job of both establishing credibility and meticulously explaining each task they were planning to perform. For this, I felt more than comfortable leaving my PC with them and allowing them to "work their magic." Upon returning, I was blown away to see my new and improved PC with a state of the art closed, liquid cooling system and a myriad of other minor replacements. I am more than satisfied and would recommend their shop to any and all looking to repair, replace, or upgrade their PCs and laptops alike! read more

Larry is very very knowledgeable and super informative. He makes me feel at ease being in an environment (computers) I am not comfortable with. It is hard to find a place that will deal in both PC's and Macs and was very happy to find out that they could work on my Mac. I really trust these guys and know the job will get done honestly without BS. Thank you to Larry and all the fellas at Tech. read more
